AK1 Series Interface Introduction

How To Add 2.5" Disk (AK1 Series)

  1. Remove the bottom cover.
  2. Insert a 2.5" Disk, then gently push the Disk into the right card slot until it is stuck.
  3. Cover the base.

How To Add 2.5" Disk (AK2 Series)

  1. Move the sliding switch on the top rear cover to remove the lid.
  2. Lift off the lid from that side, then insert a 2.5" Disk.
  3. Gently push the Disk into the right card slot until it is stuck.

How To Add 2.5" Disk (GK3 / AK3 Series)

  1. Remove one screw and then flip a switch to take the cover off.
  2. Insert a 2.5" Disk.
  3. Gently push the Disk into the right card slot until it is stuck.

How To Use Mini PC

  1. Connect the Mini PC to the HDMI connector of the TV or monitor with an HDMI cable.
  2. Connect the power adapter into the wall socket, and the other end into the power input port of the Mini PC.
  3. Turn on the TV or Monitor.
  4. Press the power button, then the device starts.

Questions And Answers

1. No product key in the box or email confirming the purchase of PC?
We have activated our Windows product key for you, and you can access THIS PC. Right-click in the blank space to enter properties, and then you can view your product key. It is not safe to send the product key in the box or e-mail. The key has been used to activate your Windows, so it cannot be used on other computers.
2. How to change the operating system of Windows OS?
First, insert the flash drive, press the Delete key to enter the BIOS, then select boot, press Enter to enter the system priority boot menu, and set the flash drive to priority boot. Then save.
3. Keyboard and mouse are not recognized.
We recommend that you use other keyboards, mice, and U disks to check whether the USB interface is normal. If it does not work, it means that the interface is broken, and we are willing to replace a new item for you.
4. Computer blue screen.
There are many reasons for the blue screen, such as abnormal shutdown, update, forced restart (restart halfway after power-on), and unexpected power failure. This is normal, and other computers also experience this. It is recommended that you restart. If not, it is recommended that you reinstall the system.
5. All audio is lost, no audio output.
Regarding the problem that audio cannot be output, we recommend that you do the following:
  • If the speaker icon shows a red X, it means the driver is lost and needs to be installed.
  • Check that the audio device is switched incorrectly. Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar to open the sound control panel to set the output mode. Confirm whether the default audio output of the system is HDMI (display speaker) or Speaker (external speaker).
  • Replace the HDMI cable and try the cable which comes with the pc.
  • Try an external speaker.
