ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE:
Assemble on a flat surface. A piece of cardboard is recommended to keep the product from being scratched during assembly.
Determine the front and back of the wood top (A) before starting. The front of the wood top (A) has the WORKPRO badge on the edge.
Begin product assembly close to the final intended location of your workbench. This product is heavy and may be difficult to move after assembly.
The power cord included is approximately 98" (2.5m) long. Workbench should be positioned close enough to a wall outlet or power strip that provides enough slack in the cord while in operation (raising and lowering worksurface).
Two people are recommended for assembly.

STEP 1: SUPPORT RAIL ASSEMBLY

Place the SELV DC motor modules of legs (D) on a flat surface. Attach two legs (D) to the support rail (F) with four M6 x 8mm inner hexagonal at head bolts (DD), and tighten with a supplied 4mm hex key.

Diagram (Fig. 1) shows two legs (D) being attached to a support rail (F) using bolts (DD). A label indicates "SELV DC motor module".

STEP 6: AC/DC POWER ADAPTER AND CONTROL BOX CONNECTION

Connect the control panel (B) to the control box (J) across the hole on the top rail (H). Connect two connection cables on legs (D) to the control box (J). Plug the AC/DC adapter (I) connection cable to the control box (J). Plug the power cord (K) to the AC/DC adapter (I) across the hole on the top rail (H). Take a glue pad (HH) on the back of control box (J) and adhere the control box (J) into the top rail (H).

NOTE:
The control box (J) in workbench is equipped with gyro sensor. Make sure the control box (J) is level and without movement.
Motor connection cables of legs can connect to either port of control box (J) interchangeably.

Diagram (Fig. 6) illustrates the connection of the control panel (B), control box (J), AC/DC adapter (I), and power cord (K) to the top rail (H) and legs (D). It details connection ports on the control box, including sockets for leg connection cables, AC/DC adapter connection cable, control panel, and power cord, along with the location of the glue pad (HH).

STEP 7: WOOD TOP AND CONTROL PANEL ASSEMBLY

Place the workbench frame upside down by two or more people. Attach the workbench frame to the wood top (C) with eight M6 x 14mm inner hexagonal at head bolt (CC), and tighten the bolts to desired tightness with the supplied 4mm hex key. Attach the control panel (B) to the wood top (C) with two #4 x 12mm Phillips head self-tapping screws (AA), and tighten the screws to desired tightness with a power drill.

NOTE:
Tighten all the bolts(CC and FF).
Do not overtighten the bolts and screws into the wood top to avoid damaging the wood top.
The control panel can be placed on the workbench's right or left side as you like.
You can use the included cable clips (GG) to secure the control panel cord to the underside of the woodtop to keep it out of the way.

Diagram (Fig. 7) shows the workbench frame being attached to the wood top (C) with bolts (CC), and the control panel (B) attached with screws (AA). Cable clips (GG) are shown securing a cable.
