Assembly Instructions
Note: Assemble on a flat surface. A piece of cardboard is recommended to protect the product from scratches. Do not tighten all bolts and screws until Step 4.
Step 1: Attach the Beams
Attach the leg (A) and leg with power strip (B) to beams (C) using 8pcs bolts (BB).
Diagram Description: An illustration shows the two legs (A and B) being connected to the two beams (C) using bolts (BB). A close-up view shows the connection points.
Step 2: Attach the Support Rod
Align the support rod's (F) large hole with legs (A&B) using 4pcs bolts (BB).
Diagram Description: An illustration shows the support rod (F) being attached to the legs (A and B) using bolts (BB). A close-up highlights the "Large hole" on the support rod aligning with the leg.
Step 3: Attach the Rubber Wood Top
Place rubber wood top (D) facing down on a flat surface with positioning labels facing upward. Use a soft moving blanket or packaging material to protect the top during assembly.
- Align the legs with the corresponding positioning labels, and attach the support rod (F) to the beams (C) using 4pcs screws (AA) with an electric drill.
- Install the legs (A&B) & beams (C) onto the rubber wood top (D) using 20pcs screws (AA) with an electric drill.
Note: An electric drill is recommended due to the hardness of the wood.
Note: It is recommended to assemble the leg with the power strip close to the "WORKPRO" brand side, but its position can be adjusted as needed.
Diagram Description: Illustrations show the rubber wood top (D) placed upside down. Screws (AA) are used to attach the legs (A, B) and beams (C) to the top. Another diagram shows the support rod (F) being attached to the beams (C) with screws (AA). A warning box indicates not to install two specific screws used for the table stiffener (E) in this step.
Step 4: Attach the Table Stiffener
Attach the table stiffener (E) to the rubber wood top (D) with 6 pcs #5x20 Phillips head self tapping screws (AA).
Diagram Description: An illustration shows the table stiffener (E) being attached to the underside of the rubber wood top (D) using screws (AA).
Step 5: Adjust the Height of Workbench
Adjust the position of screws using a 3/16" (5mm) hex key and 13mm combination spanner to achieve the desired height.
Note: The adjustable height range is from 30 1/2" to 38 3/8".
Diagram Description: Two illustrations show the leg adjustment mechanism, indicating screws being manipulated with a hex key and spanner to change the workbench height.
Step 6: Adjust the Level of Workbench
Easily level the workbench using its height-adjustable leg pads. Rotate the pad to the suitable position and lock with the corresponding nuts (M12) using the 19mm combination spanner.
Diagram Description: An illustration shows a leg pad being rotated (? "rise up") and a nut being tightened (⚙️ "lock nut") using a spanner to level the workbench.
Step 7: Placement of Power Plug
The power plug and cord can be hung on the hook.
Diagram Description: An illustration shows the power cord and plug hanging neatly on the designated hook.
