Read this manual thoroughly before you start using the TV. Store this manual, the completed warranty card, your receipt and the product packaging. The safety precautions instructions reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when correctly complied to. Please follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings.

CAUTION: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK DO NOT OPEN The cover (or back) of the unit should not be removed to prevent risk of electric shock. This unit must be serviced by a qualified service personnel only.

The lightning flash symbol within the triangle is intended to warn you of a non-insulated dangerous voltage in the product's enclosure that could be of sufficient magnitude to generate a risk of electric shock to persons.

The exclamation point within the triangle is intended to warn you to the presence of important operating and maintenance instructions in the documents included with the product.

Installation

Please follow instructions when installing this product in accordance with the instruction manual. This product must be positioned in a sufficiently stable location; it can be potentially hazardous due to falling and can cause injury, particularly to children if it is positioned incorrectly.

Installation

Install the stand as described below, or if you want to mount it to a wall, please contact a professional installer.

Please ensure the TV is not plugged into the wall socket and furthermore we recommend to get another person to assist in the following task.

Attaching the stand

Step 1

Place a soft cushioned material on top of a flat surface to prevent damaging the screen panel. Then place the TV screen flat on top, with the screen side facing down, as illustrated on the right.

Step 2

Align the stand leg to the installation point, as illustrated below.

Step 3

Tighten the screws (supplied) with a screwdriver to affix the stand to the panel, as illustrated on the right.

CAUTION!

Do not apply excessive force as this may damage the screw holes.

Wall-Mounting Instructions

Please ensure the TV is not plugged into the wall socket and furthermore we recommend to get another person to assist in the following task.

USB connection

Insert a USB storage device into the USB port to record, playback of video/music/photo.

Remote Control

  1. POWER: Turn the TV ON/OFF.
  2. REWIND: Move fast backward.
  3. SLEEP: Press to select time to put TV to sleep.
  4. SOURCE: Select desired Input.
  5. PREVIOUS: Play the previous file.
  6. MENU: Display the main menu.
  7. SMART HUB: Enter Smart Hub menu.
  8. AIR MOUSE: Press to make the air mouse appear on the screen.
  9. DIRECTIONS: Navigate menu's and apps. Press OK to select.
  10. VOLUME +/-: Turn volume up or down.
  11. MUTE: Press this button to mute the sound.
  12. NUMERICAL BUTTONS: Press 0-9 to select a TV channel.
  13. RECORD/D.SETUP: Move fast backward.
  14. ANGLE: DVD Playback from different angles (If DVD has this feature).
  15. GO TO: Change chapter of DVD.
  16. PLAY: Play/Pause.
  17. ZOOM: Adjust picture size.
  18. STOP: Stop.
  19. NEXT: Play next file.
  20. BACK/RETURN: Press to go back to previous area/Return to previous channel.
  21. CH+/-: Select up or down to navigate DTV channels.
  22. TV/Radio: Switch between TV or Radio channels.
  23. EXIT/TITLE: Exit from TV Menu/Display the DVD title Menu (DVD).
  24. SUBTITLE: Enable/Disable subtitles.
  25. MEDIA: Switch to media (USB) mode.
  26. EPG/D.MENU: Show or hide Electronic Program Guide/Show DVD Menu.
  27. INFO: Display information.
  28. REPEAT: Repeat the title or entire DVD.
  29. A-B: Repeat DVD Scenes.

KEYBOARD

There is a built-in keyboard at the back of the remote control for easy operation when accessing Smart hub, Applications or typing search's.

TIPS

AIRMOUSE

To activate air mouse on your TV press the [mouse icon] button on your remote control. The LED light on your remote control will stay on when Air Mouse is active.

Note: For Return button to work within applications correctly, make sure that the air mouse function is on for it to work correctly.

Scrolling up and down a page

To scroll up and down a page on a website, applications, etc., with the arrow/airmouse icon activated on the TV, press and hold the “OK” button on the remote control and point it towards the bottom of the page. While holding the OK button bring the arrow/airmouse icon up to the top of the page and let go of “OK” button. This motion will help you scroll down a page and the opposite for going back up a page. The same press and hold OK button motion can be done for going left and right.

To access PICTURE settings, press the MENU button and go to PICTURE.

Smart Hub

SMART HOME

To access Smart Hub page for applications and web browser, press the [home icon] button on the remote control for the smart home page to appear.

Once you are on the Smart TV home page, you can access various applications such as a media centre, web browser or our Aptoide store that has thousands of apps available for download such as Youtube, Netflix, Facebook and many more.

NOTE: Web browser on this TV is unable to support all videos & music streaming.

SETTINGS

To access settings for the below options such as network connectivity, time and date and system settings. Press the [settings icon] button on your remote control. Once the Smart page is open, press the Menu button to open the Settings page as below.

Network: Access network settings to connect your TV to your home Ethernet or Wifi.

Language: Change the language displayed throughout your TV.

Time and Date: Change date & time.

System: Access system settings.

Wireless Display: Connect your Smartphone device and project its screen onto your TV.

System Upgrade: System upgrades can be downloaded.

Restore to factory: Restore to factory settings to set the TV back to when you first used it. Note: Restoring to factory settings will delete all settings, applications, scanned and saved channels from your TV.

Download all kinds of apps such as youtube, netflix, facebook or other social apps.

Once you have downloaded and installed your chosen app, you can either:

FILE MANAGER

The file manager is used to access all files in local and USB devices.

Access this area to play any music, photo's or videos that you have stored on your USB storage device.

APPLICATION MANAGER

The application manager is used for managing all 3rd party applications downloaded from the Aptoide store. Keep control of applications that you use or don't need.

FAQs

GENERAL PROBLEMS WITH TV SET

PROBLEM SOLUTION
No Power. Make sure power plug is inserted correctly into power outlet.
No Picture.
  • Make sure the following is connected correctly.
  • Adjust the antenna.
  • Move TV away from any products that may cause interference.
  • Autotune the unit again.
  • Go to another channel.
No sound or distorted sound
  • Make sure everything is connected correctly.
  • Check if input settings for TV is correct.
  • Audio settings are properly set.
  • Make sure volume is not muted.
  • If earphones are connected, unplug them.
  • Adjust the volume.
No operation can be performed with the remote control
  • Check the batteries are inserted correctly.
  • Replace batteries if they have been used for awhile.
  • Make sure to point remote control at the TV sensor and try again.
  • Make sure you are not further then 6m away from TV.
  • Remove any obstacles that may be in the way of direct line of sight from remote control to the TV sensor.
