WARNING

To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock:

  1. Do not expose the unit to rain or moisture.
  2. Do not place objects filled with liquids, such as vases, on the apparatus.
  3. Do not expose batteries to excessive heat (e.g., sunshine, fire).

Battery Ingestion Hazard: The remote control contains a coin/button cell battery. If swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in 2 hours and may lead to death. Keep new and used batteries away from children. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children. If batteries are suspected to have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.

CAUTION

Mishandling the battery pack can cause it to burst, fire, or chemical burns. Observe the following cautions:

Use a nearby wall outlet (wall socket) with the AC Adapter/Battery charger. If any malfunction occurs, immediately disconnect the plug from the wall outlet to disconnect from the power source. If the product has a charge lamp, note that the product remains connected to the power source even when the lamp turns off.

Do not use the AC adapter/Battery charger in a narrow space, such as between a wall and furniture.

If static electricity or electromagnetism causes data transfer to discontinue, restart the application or disconnect and reconnect the communication cable (USB, etc.).

Troubleshooting

If you encounter problems with the camcorder, refer to this section.

1. The camcorder cannot be turned on after installing the battery

  1. The battery power is insufficient; replace or charge the battery.
  2. The battery is installed in reverse; confirm correct installation.
  3. The battery insulating paper is not removed.

2. The battery is not charging

  1. If the red light of the charging indicator flashes, the battery is not in place or the contact is poor. Re-install the battery until the indicator light is on (it goes out when fully charged).
  2. If the charging indicator light is off and the charger is not plugged in properly, check the charger connection.
  3. Ambient temperature lower than 10°C may lead to slow charging or charging failure.

3. The remote control does not work

  1. When using the remote control, pull out the bottom insulating paper. If it still doesn't work, pull out and reinsert the remote control battery.
  2. The remote control cannot remotely turn on the camcorder, only turn it off.

4. Camera crashes

  1. Quickly pressing any button may cause the camcorder to freeze. After a crash, unplug the battery and reboot. When recording or taking pictures, do not quickly press the camera button. The camcorder will display a waiting icon under normal circumstances.

5. The memory card cannot be recognized:

  1. Check if the memory card complies with SD card (class10) and its maximum capacity (not more than 256GB).
