Installation Method
Dome Camera Installation
- Remove Dome Cover: Hold the mounting bracket, turn the decoration ring counter-clockwise. The dome cover will detach with a click.
- Drill Screw Holes: Using the provided drill template, drill screw holes and a cable hole in the mounting surface. (Note: A cable hole is not necessary if the connection cable will not pass through the mounting surface. Refer to cable handling for details.)
- Mount Camera: Pass the cable through the cable hole (if applicable). Align the mounting bracket with the drill template and secure it with the provided mounting screws. (Note: If not using a cable hole, route the cable through the groove on the bracket.)
- Adjust Mounting Angle: Connect the signal and power cables, then check the camera's video output. Adjust to the optimal angle. Pan direction is adjusted by rotating the camera body. For tilt direction, loosen the side adjustment screw, move the camera, and then tighten the screw.
- Attach Dome Cover: Align the dome cover with the mounting bracket and turn it clockwise until it clicks into place at the Δ mark.
Outdoor Camera Installation
Can be mounted on walls or ceilings. The following describes a ceiling mount example. Wall mounting follows similar steps.
- Drill Screw Holes: Following the drill template, drill screw holes in the ceiling. If necessary, drill a cable hole outside the mounting bracket area. (Note: Refer to cable handling for details.)
- Pass Cable Through Hole: Pass the cable through the cable hole.
- Connect Cables: Connect the HD-TVI signal cable and the power cable.
- Secure Camera: Secure the camera to the ceiling using the provided mounting screws.
- Adjust Angle and Confirm Video: Confirm that the camera's video is outputting correctly and adjust to the optimal angle (refer to camera movement range). After adjustment, ensure all adjustment screws are tightened securely to prevent looseness or rattling.
Connection Cable Handling
Passing Through Installation Surface
Drill a hole of approximately 20-25mm in the center of the mounting bracket position on the installation surface to pass the wiring.
Not Passing Through Installation Surface
Route the wiring through one of the grooves (2 directions) on the back of the mounting bracket.
Camera Movement Range
Dome Camera
- Tilt Position: [0°~70°]
- Pan Position: [0°~350°]
Outdoor Camera
- Rotation Position: [0°~350°]
- Tilt Position: [0°~90°]
Connection Method
Camera Connection
Connect the camera to the appropriate terminals on your recorder or monitor using the correct cables. Ensure connector parts are protected from water.
- Video Signal: Connect using BNC connector coaxial cable to the VIDEO IN terminal.
- Power: Connect to DC12V power input.
- Network: Connect via LAN cable for network settings (if applicable).
- Power Adapter: Connect the AC adapter to a power outlet.
TVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS Switch: The default setting is HD-TVI. Switch to AHD/CVI/CVBS if needed.

Warning (❗
)
Incorrect handling can lead to death or serious injury.
- If Abnormal, Stop Use Immediately: If you notice smoke, unusual smells, water or foreign objects inside, no image display, or damaged cables, turn off the power immediately and contact your dealer or installer. Failure to do so may result in fire, electric shock, injury, or malfunction.
- Use Specified Power Voltage: Always use with DC12V. Using incorrect voltage can cause fire or electric shock.
- Do Not Get Wet (Dome Camera): Prevent water from entering the camera. This can cause fire, electric shock, or malfunction.
- Do Not Install in Certain Locations:
- Areas exposed to rain or water (for Dome Cameras). This can cause malfunction.
- Locations with insufficient structural support or unstable surfaces. This may cause falls, leading to injury.
- Areas obstructing human or vehicle traffic. This may cause collisions, leading to injury or damage.
- Areas exposed to direct sunlight, near heating appliances, in high-temperature, humid, or dusty environments. This can cause fire, electric shock, or malfunction.
- Areas with salt damage or corrosive gases. This can cause mounting parts to deteriorate, leading to falls, injury, or malfunction.
- Environments with flammable gases. This may cause explosions and injury.
- Do Not Use Unspecified Devices/Accessories: Ensure you use specified products and read their manuals carefully. Using incompatible items can cause fire, malfunction, or electric shock.
- Do Not Use in Condensation: If condensation forms, turn off the power and wait for it to dissipate before restoring power. This prevents malfunction.
- Installation and Inspection Precautions:
- Always turn off the power before installation, wiring, or inspection. Failure to do so may cause electric shock, short circuits, or fire due to incorrect wiring.
- Ensure stable footing and safety. Do not perform installation or inspection work during severe weather (strong winds, rain, snow, fog) or in dark conditions, as this can lead to falls and injury.
- Do not drop parts or apply strong impacts to the main unit or components. This can cause injury or malfunction.
- Route cables properly. Improperly routed cables can cause tripping, falls, injury, or malfunction.
- When tightening screws and bolts for assembly or installation, use the specified torque if indicated, and ensure a firm fixation. Failure to do so may cause the unit to fall, leading to injury.
- After typhoons or heavy snowfall, check the mounting device for looseness or abnormalities. Consult your dealer or installer for inspection. If left unaddressed, it may cause damage, leading to injury or malfunction.
- Do not step on the camera or mounting device, or apply excessive force. This may cause falls, damage, or injury.
- Do Not Touch During Thunderstorms: Avoid touching the unit or connected cables during thunderstorms to prevent electric shock.
- Do Not Touch with Wet Hands: Handling the product with wet hands can cause electric shock.
- Do Not Disassemble or Modify: Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the unit yourself. Contact your dealer for inspection, adjustment, or repair.
Caution (⚠️
)
Incorrect handling can lead to injury or property damage.
- Entrust Work to Installers: Installation requires technical skill and experience. Please entrust installation work to your dealer or a qualified installer. Failure to do so may cause fire, electric shock, injury, or malfunction.
- Regular Inspections: Loose mounting or rusted mounting devices/screws can cause falls, damage, and injury.
- Do Not Apply Excessive Force or Damage Cables: Do not scratch, cut, bend excessively, twist, place heavy objects on, heat, or pull connection cables. If power cables or coaxial cables become damaged (exposed wires, breakage), contact your dealer or installer for replacement. Continued use can cause fire or electric shock.
