Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Base Assembly
This step involves attaching the main pole to your desk or mounting surface.
Option 1: Desk Clamp Mounting (Diagrams 1a, 1.1-1.5)
Attach the main pole (D) to the desk clamp base (C) using screws (J) and the 4 mm Allen wrench (L). The clamp is designed for desk thicknesses between 10-80 mm (3/8" - 3 1/8"). Secure the clamp to the desk edge and tighten using the adjustment knob, potentially with the 6 mm Allen wrench (K) for final tightening.
Option 2: Through-Desk/Surface Mounting (Diagrams 1b, 1.1-1.5)
This method requires drilling holes. Attach the pole (D) to the clamp base (C) and then to a base plate (H) or similar fixture (C1). Drill holes of Ø10 mm (3/8") into the desk surface, with a depth of 10-80 mm (3/8" - 3 1/8"). Insert the pole assembly through the prepared hole and secure it using the base plate and provided hardware. Ensure the pole mounting bracket (I) is correctly attached to the pole.
Step 2: Pole and Arm Assembly
This step involves attaching the monitor arms to the main pole.
Lower Arm: Attach the lower monitor arm bracket (B) to the main pole (D) using the adapter (G). Adjust the height of the bracket on the pole as desired and secure it firmly using the 6 mm Allen wrench (K).
Upper Arm: Attach the upper monitor arm bracket (B) to the upper pole section (E) using the adapter (G). Adjust the height and secure it firmly using the 6 mm Allen wrench (K).
Pole Extension: Install the upper pole section (E) onto the main pole (D) and secure it with the pole cap (F).
Step 3: Attaching Monitors
This step involves mounting your monitors onto the VESA plates.
First, attach the VESA plates (part of component B) to the back of your monitors. Use the provided screws (M-A, M-B, M-C, M-D), washers (M-E), and potentially spacers (M-F) as indicated by your monitor's VESA hole depth and type. The 6 mm Allen wrench (K) is used for this. Refer to the diagrams for correct screw and washer combinations (e.g., M-A/M-C with M-E, or M-B/M-D with M-E and M-F).
Important: Two people should participate in the installation of the screens to avoid accidents. Carefully lift each monitor and attach it to the corresponding arm bracket. Ensure the monitors are securely locked in place.
Step 4: Adjustments
Once the monitors are attached, you can adjust their position.
Use the 6 mm Allen wrench (K) to adjust the tilt angle of each monitor (range: -45° to +45°). The swivel (180°) and rotation (360°) can typically be adjusted by hand or with minor screw adjustments on the arm joints.
Step 5: Cable Management
Organize your cables for a clean setup.
Attach the cable management clips (G) to the pole at desired locations. Route your monitor cables through these clips to keep them tidy and prevent tangling. The clips can be secured using the Allen wrenches (K and L).
