1. General Provisions

Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn. Share capital: PLN 20,000,000.00. Registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.
2. Terms of Participation
Promotion Period: March 17, 2025 - April 30, 2025, or while stocks last.
Location: IKEA Gdańsk stationary store, Złota Karczma street, 80-298 Gdańsk. This promotion does not apply to purchases made under the distance service regulations.
Participation is open to individuals with full legal capacity.
The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to purchases of IKEA items typically bought by households. It does not apply to purchases for resale. IKEA employees are eligible.
Eligibility requires membership in the IKEA Family club or IKEA Business Network. An IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card must be presented before payment at the checkout in the IKEA Gdańsk store.
3. Detailed Promotion Terms
The promotion allows purchasing the following products at a 50% discount:
- VÅRKÄNSLA milk choco bunny 90 g RAC (Product No. 70609626)
- VÅRKÄNSLA N milk chocolate eggs 250 g (Product No. 60609636)
Customers can purchase any number of promotional items.
To qualify, present your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card at the checkout. You can either give it to the cashier or scan it yourself at a self-checkout terminal before paying for the discounted items.
Returning products purchased under this promotion means forfeiting participation in the promotion. The refund value will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
4. Other Provisions
Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation of having read and accepted these regulations.
Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end date. Complaints can be submitted:

- In person, in writing, at the Customer Service Department of IKEA Gdańsk store.

Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
Written complaints should include contact details (name, address, phone number) and a description of the reason for the complaint.
The promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Gdańsk Customer Service Department.
Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
For consumers and individuals whose contracts are directly related to their economic activity but do not have a professional character (as per their business activity registration), IKEA is liable for non-conformity of goods and services with the contract under Article 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other customers, IKEA is liable for product defects under Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
These regulations are effective from March 17, 2025.
