3. How to Use
Follow these steps to use the AOFAR Fire Starter:
- Scrape off the black protective coating to expose shiny metal before first use.
- Gather tinder materials such as dry grass, pine needles, magnesium, small branches, pine cones, or bark.
- Hold the flint rod close to the tinder at approximately a 45-degree angle. Place the scraper near the top of the rod.
- Use the scraper against the Flint Rod at about a 45-degree angle to create a spark. Apply firm and slow pressure.
