- Log in t o t he Oscar Broker Port al at : business.hioscar.com - Complet e your appoint ment . You must be appoint ed wit h Cigna + Oscar t o enroll a
group on a Cigna + Oscar plan. Check out our appoint ment s how- t o- guide for st ep by st ep inst ruct ions. - Renewing a group. Renewals are available 60 days prior t o effect ive dat e (ex: 7/ 1 effect ive dat e can submit a renewal applicat ion st art ing 5/ 1).
- In order t o renew a group on a Cigna + Oscar plan, you can eit her locat e t he group under t he Renewals t ab in t he port al dashboard or direct ly in t he group?s enrolled page.
- Review our Underwrit ing guidelines. Reference our Underwrit ing Rules (under enrollment forms) for import ant det ails on Cigna + Oscar eligibilit y requirement s.
* Please make sure to review your group's first bill post- renewal completion. Per Cigna + Oscar underwriting guidelines, changes may occur within 30 days after renewal.

Locat e your renewal - Log in t o business.hioscar.com - * NEW* You will now be able t o view your renewals in t he "Renewals" t ab at t he t op of your port al. - Your groups will be marked as one of t he following based on t he st at us of t heir renewal or any act ion required. Hovering over t he st at us will show you addit ional informat ion about t he group's renewal. - Renewal Available: The renewal is available t o be reviewed - Signed: Changes t o group's renewal have been submit t ed - More inf o needed: The renewal requires addit ional det ails t o complet e t he renewal process - Wit hdrawn: The renewal has been canceled and coverage will not cont inue - Under Audit : The renewal is under int ernal audit for compliance review

Welcome: Once on t he group's renewal page, you'll be able t o see det ails about t he group's renewal. If no changes are required t o a group's rost er or a group is 100%ready t o renew:
- Select ?Sign & Submit ? t o f inalize - If no act ion is t aken, a group will be aut o- renewed on t heir renewal dat e - Not e: In t he event where furt her changes are required aft er an aut o- renewal t akes

Renewal Overview Tab: You can now cont inuously scroll t o view det ails like t ot al group premium, plans & coverage, and employee coverage. Tot al Group Premium:
- The Tot al Group Premium sect ion display a comparison bet ween current select ed plans and renewal plans. Depending on t he group?s rat ing t ype, you can see a breakdown of t he composit e or age rat ed premium t ables across renewal plans.

Plans and Coverage: - In t he Plans and Coverage sect ion, you can make changes t o t he group?s employee class, plans offered, and coverage det ails such as rat ing t ype, deduct ible reset periods, and riders. - Not e: Depending on market , t hese may not be available t o t he group. - ?Add new class?will allow you t o creat e a new employee class and select plans offered t o t he class
- You can edit an exist ing class and plans offered by select ing ?Edit ?. Not e t hat in order t o remove a class from a group, all exist ing members for t hat class must be r em oved .

Edit Plans: Change plans/ select a different plan - Select Edit plans under t he plans and coverage sect ion
Edit Exist ing Class: - To make changes t o an exist ing class, select "edit plans" - Updat e det ails for employee class - Set up a t arget plan - Select up t o 3 plans t o offer t he class
Edit Group Coverage and Riders: - Change rat ing t ype - Edit deduct ible reset and deduct ible accumulat or - Updat e riders offered for t he group (available riders will be dependent on market )

Employee Coverage - When scrolling down check t he Employee Coverage Sect ion t o ensure t he informat ion accurat ely reflect s a group's most up- t o- dat e employee informat ion - This sect ion you can - Add employees - Compare current and renewal plan for each employee - View t he current st at us of each employee including employees who may be missing a renewal plan - View and edit employee det ails by select ing a specif ic employee - Employee det ails and edit act ions will be available in t he slide out panel, where you'll be able t o select a different plan, add dependent s, and edit employee informat ion

Business Eligibilit y - Conf irm t he effect ive dat e - Conf irm various det ails of your group - Conf irm your group?s part icipat ion rat e - Eligible employees, employees enrolling, and employees waiving will be pre- f illed based on your renewal. If your group?s part icipat ion rat e is below t he required t hreshold, an except ion will be called out

Review & Submit : Once you "review and submit ", you will be able t o see a f inal summary of your group's renewal
- If changes were made t o your renewal t hat requires a re- rat ing of t he group?s premium such as employee census changes, a re- rat e conf irmat ion will display and your renewal summary will reflect t he most up t o dat e premium for t he group
- If any addit ional edit s need t o be made, you can select t he ?Edit ? opt ion t o ret urn t o t he main renewal page
- Once t he renewal is signed and submit t ed, you will not be able t o make addit ional changes
