Terms and Conditions

Event Overview

The IKEA Family Glücksrad (Wheel of Fortune) event is taking place at IKEA Essen during the summer holidays.

Dates: Every Friday during the summer holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia: July 18, 2025; July 25, 2025; August 1, 2025; August 8, 2025; August 15, 2025; and August 22, 2025.

Time: Daily from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM (19:00).

Participation Conditions

Participation is open to all IKEA Family members who are of legal age and reside in Germany.
Registration for the event is done through IKEA Essen.
Each IKEA Family member can participate once per day.
IKEA employees are excluded from participation.

Prizes

The daily grand prize is an IKEA gift card worth 500.-.
Every participant receives an instant prize: an IKEA gift card worth 5.-.
To win the 500.- gift card, your spin must land on the main prize field. The winner of the grand prize will be entered into a daily prize draw.

Prize Notification and Claim

Winners of the grand prize will be notified by email within one week after the event day.
Winners must contact IKEA within 2 weeks of the event day to arrange prize collection. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

General Terms

IKEA reserves the right to change or cancel the event at short notice.
Participants guarantee that their entries do not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.
IKEA is not liable for indirect or direct damages arising from participation in the event, except in cases of gross negligence or intent by IKEA, or injury to life, body, or health.
These terms and conditions are governed by German law. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and communicating with participants. Data will be deleted after the competition. Participants have rights regarding their data, including access, correction, deletion, and objection.
