Troubleshooting (Visual Solutions)

The blender does not turn on

This blender has two safety locks that prevent the blender from starting if not assembled correctly. They will click into position.

Please check that the locks are in place as shown:

Diagram Description: Image 1 shows the lid with a lock indicator. The lock indicator should align with the handle of the jug. The spout of the jug should align with the spout shape on the lid. Image 2 shows the blender jug aligned with the motor unit. The handle of the jug must be aligned to the right-hand side as shown, and it should click into place.

Leaks

If the base of your jug leaks, there may be an issue with the rubber seal of the removable blade or how tight the blade is attached to the jug.

Before assembling, make sure that the seal is in place and intact without visible damage or warping.

Screw the blade attachment in tightly anti-clockwise to prevent leaks.
