Contact Directory Window
- View contacts Status, Department, Extn/Phone Number
- Search, Filter and Sort contacts by selecting columns
- Select a contact to view further interaction options within the Contact Details Panel
Shows contact "Alexander Bell", Sales, Ext. x1005. Options include "Place Call" ?, "Transfer" ➡️, "Park Call" ?️, and "Voicemail" ?. Includes "Save" and "Delete" buttons.
Chat
- Select the contact to open the Contact Details panel
- Select the Chat Bubble ? to begin messaging
Notes
- Select the contact to open the Contact Details panel
- Select the Notes tab to enter notes. (Only viewable by receptionist)
Park Calls
- While on a call, select the Park Call ?️ icon
- Select to Park the call Publicly, or by Branch if set up
- Alert the third party of the extension
Shows an "Active Call" status for "Amit Driver", Extension 1003, duration 0:17. Includes call controls.
Transfer Calls - Blind
- Select the Call Transfer ➡️ icon
- Enter the recipient's number and select the Transfer ➡️ arrow
A pop-up window titled "Call Transfer" with input for "Number" and controls like Play (▶️) and a transfer arrow (➡️).
Transfer Calls - Warm
- While on a call, place a new call to the intended recipient
- Once connected, select Warm Transfer ➡️ to connect the calls
Receive Calls
- When a call comes in, the details appear within the call panel
- Select Answer Call ? to connect the call or click Auto ? to direct the caller to the Auto Attendant
Shows an "Incoming Call" from "Gary Turner", number "020 3928 0253", duration "0:09". Also displays "Auto Attendant" and "Auto 444".
Contact Directory Table
A table showing contacts with columns: Branch, Status, First, Last, Department, Extn/Phone, Mobile. Includes search and column visibility options.
Settings
Options include "Display Callee Details", "Hide Call Notification after 20 sec", and "Enable Contact Filtering", each with toggle switches.
