Overview
The Kogan Atlas C300 Mini PC is a compact computing solution designed for everyday tasks. The package typically includes:

Installation
Installing a 2.5" SATA Drive (Optional, Not Supplied)
To install an optional 2.5-inch SATA drive:
- Use the clip knob (14) to open the drive cover (15) on the bottom of the PC.
- Insert the 2.5" SATA drive into the bay and connect the necessary cables.
- Close the drive cover securely.
Mounting on a Monitor
For a cleaner setup, the PC can be mounted on a compatible monitor:
- Verify that your monitor is equipped with standard VESA mounting holes.
- Attach the provided VESA bracket to the back of your monitor using the appropriate screws.
- Hang the Atlas C300 Mini PC onto the installed VESA bracket.

Operation
Quick Setup
- Connect the PC to a display using the included HDMI cable.
- Connect the power adaptor from the Atlas C300 Mini PC to a wall outlet.
- Press the power button. The indicator light on the PC will illuminate.
- Set your display to the correct video input source to view the PC's output.
The PC supports connecting to two independent displays. You can configure these using the Display settings for Mirrored or Extended desktop modes.
Windows 10 OS Interface
Upon booting, the Atlas C300 Mini PC displays the standard Windows 10 interface:
- Desktop: The primary workspace for your applications and files.
- Start Menu: Accessible via the Windows icon or the Windows key on your keyboard. It provides access to installed applications, system settings, and power options (Sleep, Shut Down, Restart).
Audio Output
Audio is typically output via the HDMI connection to your display. If audio is not heard, check the taskbar's audio icon to select the correct playback device. Headphones can also be connected directly to the PC.
Wi-Fi and Network Connectivity
- Wi-Fi: Click the network icon in the taskbar's notification area, select your desired Wi-Fi network, and enter the network security key (password) to connect.
- Wired Network: Connect an Ethernet cable from the PC's LAN port to your router or network switch for a wired connection.
Power Management
Options for Sleep, Shut Down, and Restart are accessible through the power icon within the Start menu.
Additional Windows Features
- Windows Update: Manage and configure software update settings for the operating system.
- Windows Defender: Utilize the built-in antivirus software for system scans and security configuration.
- Recovery Options: Set up system recovery features, including options to reinstall Windows without affecting your personal files.
Connecting Additional Devices
The Atlas C300 Mini PC offers versatile connectivity for peripherals. This includes connecting monitors via HDMI, input devices like keyboards and mice via USB or USB-C, external storage via USB or the internal SATA bay, and network connectivity via the LAN port or Wi-Fi. A microphone jack is also available for audio input.
