Assembly Steps

Step 1

Assemble the main frame. Attach panels ①, ②, ③, and ④ to the base panel ⑦ using 28x screws (A, 6*35mm).

Step 2

Attach panel ⑤ to the frame using 4x screws (C, 15*9.5mm).

Step 3

Secure panels ⑥ and ⑨ to the frame using 4x screws (C, 15*9.5mm) and 4x screws (B, 15*12mm).

Step 4

Attach panel ④ and other components using 6x screws (C, 15*9.5mm), 2x screws (D, 4*10mm), and 4x screws (B, 15*12mm).

Step 5

Mount the first drawer slide component (labeled 1) onto the main structure using 4x screws (C, 15*9.5mm).

Step 6

Mount the second drawer slide component (labeled 2) onto the main structure using 2x screws (C, 15*9.5mm) and 2x screws (D, 4*10mm).

Step 7

Install interior panels H and J using 4x screws (H, 3*12mm), 4x screws (I, 3*14mm), and 4x screws (J, J x 4).

Step 8

Install interior panels K using 8x screws (K, K x 8).

Step 9

Attach hinges (part 8) to the cabinet frame using 6x screws (E, E x 6) and 12x screws (F, F x 36).

Step 10

Attach hinges (part 8) to the doors using 6x screws (M, M x 6) and 8x screws (F, F x 8).

Note on Door Adjustment: The position of the door gap can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the screws.

Step 11

Attach the doors (part 8) to the cabinet using 8x screws (F, F x 8).
