How to Use
Charging
Fully charge the air compressor before its first use. Connect the provided charging cable to a compatible 5V USB power adapter. The air compressor cannot be used while charging. A safe and compliant power adapter must be purchased separately.
Charging Status Indicators:
- Battery Level < 25%: Red, blinking
- Battery Level 25% - 50%: Red, blinking
- Battery Level 50% - 75%: Yellow, blinking
- Battery Level 75% - 99%: Green, blinking
- Battery Level = 100%: Green, solid for 20 seconds then turns off.
Turning On/Off
Turning On: Remove the high-pressure air hose from its compartment; the air compressor will automatically turn on. If the air compressor is not used for 3 minutes, it will automatically turn off. If it turns off automatically while the hose is detached, press and hold the start/stop button to turn it back on.
Turning Off: Insert the high-pressure air hose back into its compartment to turn the air compressor off. Alternatively, while the compressor is on, press and hold the start/stop button to turn it off.
Connecting the High-Pressure Air Hose and Valve
The compressor comes with multiple adapters for different valve types:
- Schrader Valve: Used for tires on mountain bikes, e-bikes, motorcycles, electric scooters, and cars. Connect the Schrader valve directly to the Schrader valve adapter on the hose. To deflate, use a 4 mm hex key to press the valve core.
- Presta Valve Adapter: Required for road bikes and some mountain bikes. Connect the Presta adapter to the Schrader adapter on the hose. Unscrew the tire's Presta valve, then connect the adapter to inflate. To deflate, unscrew the valve's cap and press the pin down.
- Needle Valve Adapter: Used for inflating balls like basketballs and footballs. Screw the needle adapter onto the Schrader adapter, then insert the needle into the ball's valve. To deflate, insert the needle into the valve.
- Quick Connect Valve Adapter: For Schrader valves on bikes, motorcycles, scooters, and cars. Connect the quick connect adapter to the hose's Schrader adapter. Attach the quick connect valve to the Schrader valve and press the handle down to lock it and start inflating. To deflate, press the adapter down.
Detecting and Determining Air Pressure
The current air pressure is displayed automatically when the hose is connected and the compressor is on. Always refer to the item's instructions or markings to determine the correct air pressure before inflating to prevent over-inflation and potential damage or injury. Recommended pressures for tires are typically found on the tire sidewall or vehicle door jamb. For balls, check near the valve.

Light Function
Press the light on/off button to cycle through: Light On, SOS Light, Light Off.
Inflating and Stopping
Start Inflating: Press the start/stop button. The display shows real-time pressure changes.
Stop Inflating: The compressor automatically stops when the preset pressure is reached. It can also be manually stopped by pressing the start/stop button once.
Caution: Items like balloons or beach balls may require pressure below the compressor's minimum range and cannot be automatically stopped. Inflate these manually with caution.
Disconnecting the Compressor
The hose and adapter can become hot after use. Be careful to avoid burns when disconnecting. Some air may escape; disconnect quickly to minimize pressure loss.
Cautions
- This is not a toy and should not be used by children. Users should be 16 years or older. Keep children at a safe distance during operation.
- Contains a non-removable lithium-ion battery. Do not expose to fire, extreme heat, impact, or water, as this may cause fire, spontaneous combustion, or explosion.
- Store between -10°C and 45°C. Extreme temperatures can shorten battery life and damage the unit.
- Recharge at least once every three months if stored for long periods to prevent battery damage.
- The DC motor may produce sparks; do not use in flammable or explosive environments.
- If unusual noise or overheating occurs, turn off immediately.
- Always select the correct pressure unit before setting pressure to avoid accidents like tire blowouts.
- Common unit conversions: 1 bar = 14.5 psi, 1 bar = 100 kPa, 1 psi = 6.89 kPa.
- Never leave the compressor unattended during operation without setting a pressure to prevent over-inflation.
- Use only in clean, dry environments. Dirt and dust can cause damage. The unit is not waterproof.
- If the unit malfunctions, reinsert and remove the air hose to restart. Contact support if issues persist.
- Use the specified Xiaomi charger (MDY-12-EQ) or equivalent. Issues from improper charging are not covered by warranty.
- The connection between the hose and compressor can get hot during prolonged use; avoid touching.

Troubleshooting
Issue | Solution |
---|---|
Air compressor does not turn on. | 1. Check if the air hose is removed from its compartment (compressor only turns on when hose is detached). 2. Fully charge the air compressor and turn it on. |
Inflation speed is slow. | 1. Check if battery power is sufficient. 2. Check for leaks in the air hose. 3. Ensure both ends of the air hose are securely connected. 4. Check if the inflated item is leaking. |
Air compressor turns on but does not inflate. | 1. Check if battery power is sufficient. 2. Check if the current air pressure is higher than the preset value. |
Preset pressure cannot be increased or decreased. | Ensure the correct inflation mode is selected. Manual mode allows adjustment within 3–150 psi. |
Air compressor inflates normally but displayed pressure is zero. | The pressure of low-pressure inflatables (e.g., balloons) is too low to be measured. |
Air compressor turns off after connecting hose to a valve. | Press and hold the start/stop button to turn the compressor back on. |
Air leaks out when connecting the air hose. | Ensure the air hose is securely connected. |
Charging indicator on display does not light up. | Replace the charging cable and adapter with safe and compliant ones, and charge again. |
