Connecting to the Philips Grooming App

  1. Download the Philips Grooming app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
  3. Pair your shaver with the app by following the on-screen instructions.

Charging the Shaver

  1. Connect the charging adapter to the charging stand and plug it into a power outlet.
  2. Place the shaver on the charging stand. The battery indicator will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 1 hour.

Shaving Instructions

  1. Ensure the shaver is charged.
  2. Turn on the shaver by pressing the power button [power-symbol].
  3. Hold the shaver against your skin and move it gently across your face.
  4. For best results, shave in circular motions.
  5. After shaving, turn off the shaver and clean it.

Cleaning the Shaver

Dry Cleaning:

  1. Turn off the shaver.
  2. Open the shaving heads by pressing the release button.
  3. Remove any hair and debris using the cleaning brush.
  4. Close the shaving heads.

Wet Cleaning:

  1. Turn off the shaver.
  2. Rinse the shaving heads under running water.
  3. You can use a small amount of liquid soap.
  4. Rinse thoroughly and shake off excess water.
  5. Allow the shaver to air dry completely.

Replacing Shaving Heads

Shaving heads should be replaced every 1-2 years for optimal performance.

  1. Press the release button to open the shaving head.
  2. Pull the old shaving heads off the shaving unit.
  3. Attach the new shaving heads by clicking them into place.
  4. Close the shaving head.

Using the Trimmer

  1. Attach the trimmer comb to the trimmer.
  2. Select the desired length setting.
  3. Turn on the shaver and trim your beard or mustache.

Using the Nose Trimmer

  1. Insert the nose trimmer attachment into the shaver.
  2. Gently insert the tip of the trimmer into your nostril.
  3. Turn on the shaver and move it gently to trim unwanted hair. Do not insert more than 5 mm into the nostril.
