The MUNBYN ITP04 is a portable thermal printer with the following key components:

• 1. Power key: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off.
• 2. USB interface: Can be connected to a charging bank or a mobile phone charger.
• 3. Open key: Press the left and right buttons simultaneously to open the cover and change the paper.

Power Indicator Status

• Solid green light: Normal use/fully charged.
• Solid red light: Cover open/no paper/overheating/charging.
• Solid blue light: Bluetooth pairing successful.
• Flashing green light: Paper suction mode; please install folded paper.
• Flashing red light: Low battery; please charge quickly.
• Flashing blue light: Bluetooth is initializing or initialization failed. Close the app, restart the printer, and reconnect when the blue light stops flashing.

Paper Installation and Replacement

Follow these steps to install or replace paper:

1. Open the cover by pressing the left and right paper exchange buttons simultaneously.
2. Place the paper with the printing side facing up. Ensure the paper edge extends slightly over the printer.
3. Close the cover.
4. Use the paper limiter to align the paper.

Note: Ensure you load MUNBYN brand thermal paper with the printing side facing up. If a black line appears when scratching the paper, that is the printing side.

Folded Paper Installation Guide (Ensure no roll paper is in the printer):

When discharging paper, take out the pearl cotton in the box to ensure sufficient upward buffer space for the paper.

3. Loading Paper: Align the paper with the paper inlet, printing side up. Insert until it is sucked in and cannot be pulled out. Tear off along the tear line.

4. Tear Paper

Note: Use MUNBYN brand A4 foldable thermal paper for printing. It is compatible with ITP04 portable thermal printers. Using other brands of paper may cause printing issues.

Using a Paper Holder

1. Load the corresponding size paper roll first.
2. Align the holes to snap into place.
3. Ensure the paper edge extends over the printer.
4. Press to remove.

Mobile App Printing

• Step 1: Press and hold the power button until the blue light flashes, then turn on your mobile phone's Bluetooth. Download and open the Sharpfox app. (Tips: For Android phones, you need to enable Bluetooth and the mobile phone's GPS.)
• Step 2: Connect to the printer and select the content you wish to print within the app. (Tips: Do not connect the printer through your phone's Bluetooth settings.)

Notice:

• 1. A USB to Type-C adapter is required to connect to a Mac computer.
• 2. If you have any doubts or safety warnings when downloading the driver, you can find help through the information provided at the end of the manual.

Connect Device:

Computer Printing

• Step 1: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the printer.
• Step 2: Connect the printer to your computer using the original Type-C data cable.
• Step 3: Visit https://bit.ly/munbynsdk to download the printer driver or obtain the driver by inserting the USB flash drive into your computer. Follow the steps below to install the driver.

Note: During driver installation, a security alert may appear. Click "More information" and then "Run anyway" to proceed with the installation.

A. Install Driver for Windows

You can obtain the driver from: munbyn.biz/ITP04wind

1. Run the installer "Win-Driver-Lastest-v1.1.0(1).exe". Follow the on-screen installation instructions until the message "Driver installation has been completed" appears.
2. When printing documents, select the printer to print.

B. Install Driver for Mac

You can obtain the driver from: munbyn.biz/ITP04macd

• Step 1: Run the installer "ITP04 Printer Driver_Mac V1.1.4.pkg". Follow the installation instructions until the message "The installation was successful" appears.
• Step 2: Configure the printer as the default. Follow these steps:
1. Open System Preferences and click on [Printers & Scanners].
2. Click [+] to add a printer.
3. Select [ITP04 USB] and click [Select Software] to find ITP04.
4. Select [ITP04] and click [Accept].
5. Click [Add] to add the printer.

6) The printer setup is complete, and the ITP04 printer has been added successfully in "Printers & Scanners".

7) When printing documents, select the printer to print.

Cleaning the Print Head

If the printer is not printing clearly or shows white lines, clean the print head.

1. Turn off the printer and remove the paper roll from the printer cover.
2. Dip a cotton cloth or cotton swab in medical-grade alcohol to clean the print head. Wait 1 to 2 minutes before using the printer again.

• To prevent overheating and scalding, please do not touch!
• To prevent cutting by sharp edges, please do not touch!
• The product is not suitable for children!
