- Do not place the slide underneath electrical lines. Ensure a minimum overhead clearance of 2 meters if placement is unavoidable.
- Do not make modifications to the product, as this may result in injury or hazard.
- Do not overtighten nuts and screws, as this may cause them to shear and lead to structural failure.
Location and Placement of Your Slide
Proper placement and maintenance of protective surfacing is essential.
- Extend protective surfacing at least 2 meters from the equipment in all directions.
- Place the slide a minimum of 2 meters from any structure or obstruction (fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, electrical wires).
- Do not place the slide underneath electrical lines; ensure a minimum overhead clearance of 2 meters if necessary.
- Do not install over concrete, asphalt, packed earth, grass, carpet, or any other hard surface, as a fall can result in serious injury.
- For safe playing, extend protective surfacing 3.66 meters (12 feet) in front of and behind the point of the slide.

Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assemble Slide Body
Connect the Top slide body (B) to the Bottom slide body (A).
Insert protruding points from B into corresponding holes on A. Ensure parts click into place. Secure these connections using M6x15mm screw set (h).
Step 2: Attach Support Bar
Attach the Slide body support bar (C) to the slide using M6x15mm screw set (h), Socket spanner (c), and Hexagon key (b). Ensure it is tightly secured.
Step 3: Final Slide Body Securing
Secure the two slide parts together using M6x15mm screw set (h) on each side.
Step 4: Attach Handrail
Insert the handrail (D) through the holes at the top back of the slide, aligning its holes with those on the slide's top.
Step 5: Attach Support Legs & Handrail Connection
Insert the slide support legs (E and F) into the holes under the slide and up through the slide, connecting into the handrail (D). Align the handrail holes with the Top slide body holes.
Connect the handrail (D) and slide support legs (E and F) to the Top slide body using M6*58mm screw sets (g) and support bars (K).
Step 6: Attach Slide Steps
Insert the handrail (D) through the slide steps (H). Secure the steps with M6*42mm screw sets (f).
Insert the slide legs (G) using M6*32mm screw sets (i).
Ensure slide steps (H) are flat and parallel to the ground. Slide steps onto the handrail at the same angle as their holes.
Step 7: Attach Crossbars
Cover the ends of cross bars (I and J) with plastic covers (j).
Connect cross bar (I) to slide support legs (E and F) using M8*24mm screw sets (e), aligning handrail holes with support legs.
Connect crossbar (J) to slide support legs (E and F) and handrail (D) using M8*24mm screw sets (e).
Step 8: Final Tightening and Anchoring
Tighten all screws on the slide frame with the spanner (a) and hexagonal key (b).
Secure the slide to the ground using anchors (d) as shown in the diagram.
Information on Playground Surfacing Materials
To reduce the likelihood of serious head injuries, install shock-absorbing protective surfacing under and around your play equipment. The surfacing depth should be suitable for the equipment height, in accordance with ASTM Specification F1292.
Loose-Fill Materials:
- For equipment up to 8 feet high: Maintain a minimum depth of 9 inches of loose-fill materials (wood mulch/chips, engineered wood fibre (EWF), shredded/recycled rubber mulch).
- For equipment up to 5 feet high: Maintain a minimum depth of 9 inches of sand or pea gravel.
- Note: An initial fill level of 12 inches will compress to about a 9-inch depth over time. Surfacing compacts, displaces, and settles, requiring periodic refilling to maintain at least a 9-inch depth.
- For play equipment less than 4 feet high: Use a minimum of 6 inches of protective surfacing. If maintained properly, this is adequate. (Less than 6 inches, material is easily displaced or compacted.)
Important Notes on Surfacing:
- Do not install playground equipment over concrete, asphalt, or any other hard surface. A fall onto a hard surface can result in serious injury.
- Grass and dirt are not considered protective surfacing due to wear and environmental factors reducing shock absorption.
- Carpeting and thin mats are generally not adequate protective surfacing.
- Ground-level equipment (sandbox, activity wall, playhouse) without an elevated play surface does not require protective surfacing.
- Use containment (e.g., digging out perimeter, landscape edging) and account for water drainage.
- Check and maintain the depth of loose-fill surfacing material. Mark levels on support posts to easily monitor replenishment needs.
- Do not install loose-fill surfacing over hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt.
Poured-In-Place Surfaces or Pre-Manufactured Rubber Tiles:
- These surfaces generally require professional installation and are not DIY projects.
- Review surface specifications and ask the installer/manufacturer for a report confirming testing to ASTM F1292 Standard Specification for Impact Attenuation of Surfacing Materials. This report should specify the height the surface protects against serious head injury, which must be equal to or greater than the slide's fall height.
- Check protective surfacing frequently for wear.
