Diagram Description
The diagram illustrates the Tow-Trust TFD4VK towbar assembly for Ford vehicles. It shows the main crossmember ('A') which is the primary structural component. Attached to the vehicle's chassis are two 'Handed Side Arms' ('B'). A 'Detachable Housing' ('C') is mounted to the crossmember, designed to accept the tow ball assembly. A 'Flip Up Socket Plate' ('D') is also shown, typically for electrical connections. The diagram details the hardware used for assembly: various bolts ('E', 'F', 'K'), nuts, and flat washers ('G', 'H', 'J'). Specific connection points and the overall arrangement of the towbar components relative to the vehicle's rear structure are depicted. Dimensions are provided for key parts, indicating precise fitting requirements.
