General Safety Instructions
This section contains safety instructions to help prevent physical injury or material damage. Failure to comply with these instructions invalidates the warranty.
1.1. General Safety
- This product is not designed for use by persons (including children) lacking knowledge or experience, or with deficient physical, sensual, or cognitive skills, unless attended by a person responsible for their safety or given necessary instructions. Children should be supervised and not allowed to play with the product.
- Plug the product into an outlet/mains protected by a fuse as specified in the "Technical specifications". Ensure proper earthing installation by a qualified electrician. The firm is not responsible for any loss resulting from improper earthing.
- Do not operate the product if the power cable/plug is damaged. Contact an Authorized Service Center.
- Do not operate the product if it has noticeable damage.
- Do not perform any repair or modification on the product. Refer to the suggested solutions for problems on page 18 for minor issues.
- Never wash the product by spraying or pouring water on it due to the risk of electric shock.
- Do not use the product if your judgment is affected by medical drugs and/or alcohol.
- Disconnect the product from the mains during installation, maintenance, cleaning, and repair operations.
- Always get installation and repair operations done by an authorized service center. Unauthorized operations may invalidate the product warranty.
- Be careful when using alcohol in food preparation, as it evaporates at high temperatures and can ignite.
- Do not heat sealed cans and glass jars, as the resulting pressure may cause them to burst.
- Keep flammable substances away from the product edges, as they can become hot during operation.
- Keep ventilation channels open.
- The product and accessible parts can be hot during use. Do not touch hot parts and heating elements.
- Ensure the product is switched off after each use.
- Do not use sharp or piercing tools when cleaning the glass to avoid damage.
- Superheated oil can cause fire; always monitor the product when in use.
- In case of fire, do not use water. Immediately disconnect the power and cover the fire with a wet blanket.
- Do not use a steam cleaner.
- If the glass is broken, switch off all burners and electric heater elements immediately, disconnect power, do not touch the surface, and do not use the equipment.
- When cleaning the glass, avoid abrasive agents or sharp metal scrapers that can damage the surface.
- Do not use the product on nylon, flammable, or heat-sensitive materials.
- Pots placed on the heaters should be of appropriate sizes.
- Do not scrub buttons and inox surfaces with scrapping objects or Scotch-Brite.
- If a burner flame accidentally goes out, it will switch off in a controlled manner and will not relight for at least 1 minute.
1.2. Safety for children
- Exposed parts of the product get heated during and after use. Keep children away.
- CAUTION: Accessible parts, especially the grill, can be hot during use. Keep children away.
- Children under 8 years old should not touch the product unless supervised by an adult.
- Children above 8 years old and persons with physical, sensual, or cognitive impairments may use the equipment if they are informed about the risks and safe use.
- Children should not play with the product. Cleaning and maintenance should not be performed by unattended children.
- Packaging materials can be dangerous for children. Keep them out of reach or dispose of them according to waste instructions.
1.3. Safety of electric-related works
- All work on electric equipment and systems must be performed by an authorized and qualified person.
- This product is not suitable for use with a remote system.
- In case of damage, switch off the product or disconnect the power supply by switching off the house fuse.
- Ensure the fuse rated value matches the product's current.
1.4. Intended use
- This product is designed for domestic use only; industrial use is not allowed.
- CAUTION: This product should be used for cooking only. It should not be used for heating rooms or other purposes.
- The producer is not responsible for any loss due to improper use or transportation. The service life of the product is 10 years, during which spare parts should be available.
2. INSTALLATION
2.1. Prior to use of the product
- Ensure the power and/or gas installation is suitable. Make necessary arrangements with a qualified technician and installer if not.
- The customer is responsible for preparing the installation site and ensuring proper power and/or gas installation.
- Comply with local standards concerning power and/or gas for installation.
- Control the product for any damage before installation. Do not install if damaged, as it may pose a safety risk.
- Any work on gas equipment and systems must be performed by authorized and qualified persons.
- The product has no system for discharging gas from burning. Install and connect it according to applicable regulations concerning installation and ventilation requirements.
- Air for burning is taken from the room, and emitted gases are released into the room.
- Good ventilation is required for safe operation. If there is no window or door for ventilation, install an additional ventilation system.
- The kitchen floor area should be larger than 8m².
- The kitchen volume should be larger than 20m³.
- The chimney outlet should be at a height of 1.80m from the floor and have a diameter of 150mm, opening directly to the atmosphere.
- Air vents should be near the kitchen floor, with a minimum area of 75cm², opening to the outer atmosphere.
2.2. Installation and connections
2.2.1. Preparation of the built-in range prior to installation
- Turn the range upside down in the Styrofoam packaging and apply the silicon seal.
- For inox products, apply silicon on the inox surface; for glass range products, apply to the glass surface.
- Apply the supplied silicon around the range as shown in the figures.
- Install the mounting legs in the designated connection holes.
- Place the mounting legs as shown in the figures.
The range is equipped with a seal to prevent liquids from entering the cabinet through cavities. Adhere the seal as shown in the figures. Turn the range upside down, remove the protective tape of the rubber seal, and adhere it to the range. Both ends of the seal should meet. Install the mounting sheets with screws and place the range into the opening on the counter.
Appliance dimensions
Figure 7 shows the dimensions for cutting the counter for range installation. Place the prepared range into the counter cut to these sizes. If the range will be used with a built-in oven, observe Figures 8 and 9 for proper air circulation between the oven and range.
Start to use after removing the protective film on the Inox surface.
2.3. Wiring
- Warning: You must use an earthed line for the product. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages if the product is used without an earth connection.
- Warning: Risk of electric shock, short-circuit, or fire from installation by unprofessional persons. The product must be connected to the mains only by an authorized and qualified person. The product warranty starts only after correct installation.
- Warning: Power shock, short-circuit, or fire risk from a damaged power cable. The power cable should not be crushed, kinked, or pinched, and should not contact hot parts. If damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified electrician.
- Mains supply data should match the data on the unit's nameplate (located at the back or under the product).
- The connection cable must comply with technical specifications and power consumption.
- Risk of electric shock! Disconnect the power supply before performing any work on the electric installation.
Wiring for Hobs:
- Brown Cable: L (Phase)
- Blue Cable: N (Neutral)
- Green/Yellow Cable: E (Grounding)
2.4. Gas connection
- Any work on gas equipment and systems must be performed by qualified and authorized persons.
- Prior to installation, ensure local distribution conditions (gas type and pressure) comply with the product's settings.
2.4.1. LPG connection
- Ensure the gas hose and pressure-reducing valve for LPG are safe. Connect the gas delivery hose behind the range and tighten with a clamp and screwdriver. Ensure it is firmly tightened.
- The gas delivery hose should not be longer than 1500mm.
- The pressure-reducing valve for LPG should be 300mmSS and certified.
- Warning: The gas delivery hose should not pass through hot parts of the equipment. The temperature of the gas hose should not exceed 90°C.
- Before use, ensure the system has no gas leaks.
2.4.2. NG (natural gas) connection
- If your equipment is set for natural gas, have it connected by the natural gas distribution company's installation firm.
- Natural gas connection is ½”.
- To convert from LPG to natural gas or vice versa, contact the nearest service center for the required gas conversion settings.
2.5. Sealing inspection
Open the pressure-reducing valve or natural gas valve and check for gas leakage by applying foamy water to the connection. Never control by flame.
2.6. Final inspection
- Plug the power cable into the socket and activate the fuse.
- Control the functions.
2.6.1. LPG-NG/NG-LPG conversion
- Remove the burner cover and burner.
- Remove the injector using a socket screwdriver.
- Fix the injector as shown in the figure.
- Replace the burner.
- After conversion, turn on the burners and set the flame length by adjusting the screw on the gas valve or in the valve shaft.
2.7. Disposal of the product
2.7.1. Destruction of the package
- Packaging materials are dangerous for children; keep them out of reach.
- Packaging is made of recycled materials. Dispose of them according to waste sorting instructions, not with normal domestic waste.
2.7.2. Future transportation operations
- Keep the product in its original box for transportation. Comply with instructions on the box. If the original carton is unavailable, wrap with blister packaging or thick paperboard and tape firmly.
- Fix heads and pot supports firmly with tape.
- Do not place objects on the product; carry it upright.
- Check the product's appearance for any damage that may have occurred during transportation.
2.7.3. Disposal of the old product
- Dispose of the old product in an environmentally friendly way.
- The WEEE mark indicates that electric and electronic equipment waste must be collected separately for recycling or disintegration to minimize environmental impact, as per EU Directive 2002/96/EC. Contact local authorities for more information.
- Improperly disposed electronic products pose risks to the environment and human health due to hazardous substances.
- Contact your authorized dealer or municipal waste collection center for disposal information.
- Before discarding, cut the electrical plug and break the cover lock (if any) to prevent risks to children.
3. ABOUT PRODUCT:

3.2. Technical specifications of your built-in range
Consumption values for LPG (G30 30 mbar) and NG (G20 20 mbar) are provided, including injector size, power, and consumption rates for different burner types.
Information according to regulation (EU) 66/2014 and measurements according to EN60350-2 (G30-30 mbar) are detailed in a table, including model identification, hob type, number of gas burners, heating technology, gas type, and energy efficiency for each burner and the hob.
The firm may change technical specifications without prior notice. Figures in the manual are schematic and may not be exact. Values obtained in laboratory conditions may vary depending on use and ambient conditions.
4. Use of the range
4.1. First use
Start using the equipment after removing the protective film on the Inox surface.
4.2. First cleaning
- Some detergents or cleaning agents may harm the surface.
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Wipe the product surface with a damp cloth or sponge and dry with a dry cloth.
4.3. Description of use of the gas range
- Push and turn the gas range button counterclockwise to set a high flame.
- Turn on the lighter.
- Set to the desired flame position.
- When cooking is finished, turn the range button clockwise to the top position to turn off the burner.
Control: (1) Push, (2) Turn left + hold, (3) Hold down 3 sec.
Container size and gas flame should match. The gas flame should not spread out from the container base. Place the container centered on the pot bearer.
4.4. Gas cut-off safety apparatus
Thermal element activates the safety mechanism, cutting off gas immediately against extinguishment of top burners due to liquid overflow.
4.5. Maintenance and cleaning
Regular cleaning extends the product's service life and reduces frequently encountered problems.
- Risk of electric shock! Switch off the power before cleaning.
- Hot surfaces may cause burns! Wait for the product to cool down before cleaning.
- Clean the product thoroughly after each use to easily remove food remnants and prevent burning.
- No special cleaning agent is required. Use dishwashing liquid, lukewarm water, and a soft cloth or sponge, then wipe dry.
- Wipe off any remaining liquid and clean splashed food immediately.
- Do not use cleaning agents containing acid or chlorine for stainless steel or inox surfaces. Clean in one direction with a soft cloth, soap, and liquid (non-scratching) detergent.
- Do not use abrasive detergents, cleaning powders/creams, or sharp objects.
- Do not use steam cleaning agents.
5.2. Cleaning the control panel
Clean the control panel and buttons with a damp cloth and dry with a dry cloth. The control panel may get damaged; do not remove the control button for cleaning.
5.3. Cleaning the range
No special range cleaner is needed. It is recommended to wipe the range with a damp cloth when it is still lukewarm.
6. Suggested solutions for problems
Product does not operate.
- Ensure the product is plugged in (earthed).
- Check the fuse in the fuse box. If burnt, reset it.
The product ignites, but does not burn.
- Gas supply is over.
- Cylinder valve or natural gas valve is closed.
- If a gas leakage detector is present, it may detect a leak and shut off the gas.
- Injector is clogged.
Flame burns low.
- Gas cylinder is empty.
- Injector is clogged.
When the product heats and cools down, metallic sounds are heard.
Metal parts expand when heated, causing sound. This is not a cause of failure.
If problems persist after following these instructions, contact customer service. Never attempt to repair the product yourself.
