Installing the Stands
- Align the TV stand screw holes with the holes on the bottom of your TV.
- Use a Phillips screwdriver and two provided screws to secure each stand to your TV.
Note: Ensure your TV is placed face-down on a cushioned, clean surface during installation.
Wall Mount Instructions
Before mounting your TV, ensure the stands are removed and the wall-mount bracket supports the weight of your TV. Refer to the instructions provided with your wall mount for detailed mounting information.
WARNING: Your TV has four VESA mounting holes on the back. You must secure a wall-mount bracket to all four holes. Failure to do so may result in the TV falling and causing property damage or personal injury.
Note: Wall-mount screws are not included.
VESA Mounting Hole Specifications:
- 50" TV: 200 x 200 mm, requires M6 screws, 24mm length.
- 58" TV: 300 x 300 mm, requires M6 screws, 14mm length.

Making Connections
- HDMI: Provides the best video quality. The HDMI 1 (eARC/ARC) jack can be used to connect a digital audio system.
- AV: Provides good video quality.
- Coaxial: Provides good video quality.
- ETHERNET (optional): For internet access, plug an Ethernet cable into the ETHERNET jack on your TV and your network connection.
Features Overview
- Power/Input button: Press to turn the TV on or off. A short press changes inputs when the TV is on, and a long press turns the TV off.
- Power indicator: LED light on the front of the TV.
- Remote control sensor: Receives signals from the remote.
Turning On Your TV
- Plug the power cord into the back of your TV and a power outlet.
- Install batteries in the remote control.
- Press the Power button ▶ on your Voice Remote with Alexa.
- Follow the on-screen instructions for initial setup.
Completing On-Screen Setup
- Your TV should automatically pair with the Voice Remote with Alexa. If not, press and hold the Home button ▶. If issues persist, re-insert or replace the batteries.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password if required. For hidden networks, select "Join Other Network".
- Choose your experience: Full (recommended) for access to live TV, streaming, apps, and Alexa skills, or Basic for live TV and six preset streaming apps (Alexa and full Appstore are not included). A free Amazon account is required for the Full experience.
- If connecting to an antenna or cable wall jack, navigate to Settings > Live TV > Channel Scan and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: Use the "On Now" row or press the Channel Up/Down buttons on your remote to browse and watch live TV.
Using Your Voice Remote with Alexa
- Voice Button: Press and hold to activate the Alexa-enabled microphone. Speak to search for content, control playback, and more. Releasing the button ends voice input. (Requires an Amazon account).
- Select: Confirms a selection or action.
- Menu: Activates contextual commands on the screen.
- Play/Pause: Resumes or pauses playback.
- Forward/Rewind: Fast forward (long press) and skip ahead (short press). Behavior varies by app.
- Channel Up/Down: Goes to the next or previous live TV channel.
- Settings: Activates quick settings overlay.
- Recents: Opens a row of recently watched content for easy switching.
- Prime Video: Launches Prime Video from any screen or when the TV is off.
- Netflix: Launches Netflix from any screen or when the TV is off.
- App 1/App 2: Launches designated apps.
