Installation

Installing the Stands or a Wall Mount

Place your TV face-down on a cushioned, clean surface.

Installing the Stands

  1. Align the TV stand screw holes with the holes on the bottom of your TV.
  2. Use a Phillips screwdriver and the four screws provided for your TV size to secure the stands to your TV.
    • For 50" and 55" TVs: Use four M4 x 16 mm screws.
    • For 70" TVs: Use four M5 x 20 mm screws.

The base of the stand can be shared by the left and right ends of the TV.

Mounting to a Wall

Before mounting your TV, ensure the following:

  • The stands are not attached to the TV.
  • The wall-mount bracket supports the weight of your TV.

Refer to the instructions included with your wall mount for detailed mounting information.

WARNING: Your TV has four VESA mounting holes on the back. A wall-mount bracket must be secured to all four holes. Failure to use all four holes may result in the TV falling, causing property damage or personal injury.

Wall-mount screws are not included.

VESA Mounting Patterns:

  • 50" TV: 200 x 200 mm pattern. Screws: Type M6, 10 mm to 12 mm length (depending on wall mount).
  • 55" TV: 200 x 200 mm pattern. Screws: Type M6, 10 mm to 12 mm length (depending on wall mount).
  • 70" TV: 300 x 300 mm pattern. Screws: Type M8, 14 mm to 16 mm length (depending on wall mount).

Connections

Before using your new TV, read these instructions to prevent any damage. Do not plug in the power cord until all other devices have been connected.

HDMI (Best Video Quality)

Connect to other HDMI devices. For eARC/ARC functionality, the connected device must also support HDMI eARC/ARC.

AV (Good Video Quality)

Connect audio and video devices.

Coaxial (Good Video Quality)

Connect an antenna or cable wall jack to access live over-the-air TV.

Audio Options

You can use the DIGITAL OPTICAL OUTPUT jack or the HDMI1 (eARC/ARC) jack for audio output.

To change the digital audio format, navigate to Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio Output > Digital Audio Format, and select PCM / Dolby Audio / Passthrough / Auto.
