Please check the packaging and appliance on arrival to make sure everything is intact for safe operation. Contact the retailer or dealer if any damage is found. Modifications or alterations to the appliance are not allowed for safety concerns. Unintended use may cause hazards and loss of warranty claims.

Operating Instructions

Preparation

  • Before using, please first check if the power plug connects well with the power outlet.
  • Before placing the pot on the cooker plate, please clean up water stains, oil spots or any other adherent dirt from the outside surface of the pot and cooker plate.
  • Please put the pot to be heated on the central part of the induction cooker. Do not put an empty pot on the cooker plate to be heated.

Control Panel and Functions

The control panel features the following buttons:

  • ON/STANDBY Button: Powers the unit on or off.
  • Function Button: Selects cooking modes.
  • '+' Button: Increases power or timer settings.
  • '-' Button: Decreases power or timer settings.
  • Timer Button: Sets the cooking duration.
  • Boost Button: Sets maximum power directly for a short period.
  • Soup Button: Preset mode for cooking soup.
  • Steam Button: Preset mode for steaming.
  • Boil Button: Preset mode for boiling water.
  • Deep Fry Button: Preset mode for deep frying.
  • Hot Pot Button: Preset mode for hot pot cooking.
  • Fry Button: Preset mode for frying.

Operation Guidelines

Power and Timer Adjustment

After selecting a mode, you can press '+' or '-' to adjust the power, or use the touch slider. For some modes, the cooker automatically adjusts power. The timer can be set by pressing the 'Timer' key, then adjusting the duration with '+' or '-' buttons. The cooker will automatically stop heating and switch off when the timer is up.

Boost Function

Pressing the 'Boost' button sets the power to maximum. After 3 minutes, it will return to the original function mode setting.

Cooking Mode Instructions

  • Hot Pot: Suitable for hotpot and boiling water. Time and power can be adjusted.
  • Fry / Deep Fry: For high-temperature cooking. The cooker may switch to interval heating or stop heating if the temperature is reached.
  • Soup / Steam: The cooker automatically controls power based on time and ingredient temperature. Power can be adjusted within the range.
  • Boil: Specifically for boiling water. Recommended water level is 30% to 80% of pot capacity. Factors like pot bottom, scale, or weather can influence boiling. Use specific stock pots or kettles.

Proper Pots

Use pots made of iron or other ferromagnetic materials. The pot should have an even bottom with a diameter between 15 cm and 18 cm. The maximum load for a frying pan is 4kg.

NOTE: For optimum performance, please use the standard pots provided. Do not use other pots as replacements to avoid influencing performance.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Before cleaning, switch off the appliance and disconnect the power plug. Wait until the cooker plate is cool.

  • Wipe air inlet/outlet with a soft dry cloth. Use a soft brush or mini vacuum cleaner for dust.
  • Do not rinse with water.
  • For oil spots on the cooker plate, use a soft moist cloth with a little toothpaste or mild detergent, then wipe clean with a soft moist cloth.
  • When not in use for a long period, disconnect the power plug and protect the cooker from dust or bugs.

Troubleshooting

The following table lists common issues and solutions. If problems persist, contact a service center.

Heating suddenly stops during the process.Is the temperature of the oil too high when frying? Is the ambient temperature very high? Is the air inlet or outlet blocked? Has the default heating time expired? The self-safety protection may have activated; wait a few minutes and reconnect power.
C2Wait a moment and press the "ON/OFF" or "STANDBY" button when the hotplate temperature returns to normal.
EH ELTurn off the hotplate. When the voltage becomes normal, turn the hotplate on again.
E1, E2, E3, E4, E7, EUPlease contact the special maintenance department.

Note: For products without a display, indicators will blink to signal issues. Do not disassemble or repair the product yourself.

Waste Disposal: According to the Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive, this product should be separately collected and treated. Do not dispose of with household waste. Send to WEEE collecting points where available.
