Important Information & Warranty

Safety Notice: The CF Serie Pure above-ground pool cover is a safety device intended to prevent access to the pool for children under 5 years old. It complies with the NF P90-308 standard but does not replace common sense, individual responsibility, or adult supervision, which remains the essential factor for child protection. Drowning can occur in less than 3 minutes; no protection can replace adult vigilance.

Warranty: 2 years for the winder and 2 years for the motor. Opaque PVC slats are guaranteed for 3 years, and solar polycarbonate slats for 5 years, according to our general terms of sale.

Order Information: For a precise fit, a pool plan measured every meter is required. As per NF P90-308, the gap between the pool edge and the cover must be less than 70 mm.

Operation Time: For a 5.00 x 10.00 m pool, opening or closing takes approximately 3 minutes. Locking/unlocking the security kits takes 30 seconds. The cover can be operated by one person.

All-Season Use: Maintain a constant water level for optimal function. A water level regulator is recommended. Water level must comply with the instructions.

Usage Limits: CF covers are compliant for infinity pools only if equipped with an automatic water level lowering device (e.g., Infinity box) of at least 2 cm when the cover is closed. CF covers with removable shapes over side steps are not compliant with NF P90-308. Immersion alarms are not compatible with CF covers unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Winterizing: Winterize the pool according to your geographical location. Without lowering the water level, close the cover in the safety position and optionally install a winterizing net to protect the cover. If the water level is lowered to expose submerged parts, roll up the cover and secure the pool with a safety winter cover.
