This dual-port PCIe network card adds two copper Ethernet ports to your server or desktop computer, providing Multi-Gigabit Ethernet access to your network with four speeds: 2.5 Gbps, 1 Gbps, 100 Mbps, and 10 Mbps.
The 2.5GBASE-T NIC offers enhanced bandwidth over your existing Ethernet infrastructure, reducing the cost of cabling upgrades. The card allows connection to 2.5GBASE-T and NBASE-T equipment at network speeds of 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 2.5 Gbps over Cat5e cabling (up to 100m, depending on network configuration).
This network adapter adds an Ethernet port to your workstation via a x1 PCIe slot. It utilizes 2.5GBASE-T technology, supporting advanced Multi-Gigabit systems, including Cisco Campus switches and Aruba Networks access points. The network card also supports NBASE-T and features like 16K Jumbo Frames and Auto-MDIX, plus Wake-on-LAN (WoL).
Featuring the Realtek RTL8125 chipset, it complies with IEEE 802.3az and IEEE802.3u standards and supports a PCIe 2.0 interface for PC integration. It provides up to a 250% increase in data transfer speed compared to Gigabit Ethernet, without requiring changes to your existing cable infrastructure.
