Introduction

The SALUS Smart Plug is designed to be plugged directly into an electrical outlet, acting as an extension that allows users to control any device plugged into it. SALUS offers Smart Plugs compatible with the most popular electrical outlets across the European Union and the United Kingdom. This product must be used in conjunction with the Universal Gateway (UG600/UGE600) and the SALUS Smart Home application.

Installation and Usage

Step 1: Initial Power On

Upon first power-on, the LED indicator on the Smart Plug will start flashing red.

Steps 2-5: Pairing with SALUS Smart Home App

Follow the on-screen instructions within the SALUS Smart Home application to connect your Smart Plug.

Ensure your Universal Gateway (UG600/UGE600) is set up and connected.
Open the SALUS Smart Home app.
Navigate through the app to add new equipment.
Follow the prompts to pair the Smart Plug with your gateway.

Step 6: Connection Confirmation

Once successfully paired and connected, the LED indicator on the Smart Plug will stop flashing.

Basic Operation

You can turn connected devices ON or OFF remotely via the SALUS Smart Home app.

Removing from Gateway

To remove the Smart Plug from the gateway, press and hold the button on the plug for 10 seconds. The red LED will flash 5 times, and then the LED will turn off, indicating successful removal.
