Getting Started and User Guide

Introduction

This document provides a quick start guide for the Honeywell Lyric T6 Pro Wi-Fi Programmable Thermostat. For a complete user guide, visit yourhome.honeywell.com.

Thermostat Model: TH6320WF2003 (depicted; other models may vary).

Thermostat Display Description: The thermostat screen shows the current time as 6:30 PM. The current indoor temperature is displayed prominently as 72°F. The system mode is set to Heat, and the fan is in Auto mode. Below the temperature, buttons are labeled "Mode", "Menu", and "Fan". Additional status indicators or buttons include "Wake", "Away", "Home", and "Sleep". Adjustment buttons are marked with "+" and "-". A Wi-Fi symbol ? indicates connectivity.

Get Connected in 3 Simple Steps

  1. Step 1: Initiate Setup Mode

    Press and hold the center temperature display (indoor temperature) on your thermostat for 5 seconds until the screen changes, indicating it's ready for connection.

  2. Step 2: Download the App

    Download the Honeywell Lyric app from your device's app store. Search for "Honeywell Lyric" on the App Store ? or Google Play ▶️.

    App Store and Google Play icons are displayed, indicating where to download the Lyric app.

  3. Step 3: Connect Thermostat to App

    Open the Honeywell Lyric app. Your thermostat should appear automatically under "Thermostat Found". Tap "SET UP NOW" to continue. If your thermostat does not appear, tap "INSTALL A DEVICE" and follow the on-screen prompts. The app will guide you through the remaining setup process.

    Tablet Screen Description: The Lyric app on a tablet displays "Thermostat Found: LYRIC XXXXX". Options include "SET UP NOW", "CREATE AN ACCO", "LOGIN", and "INSTALL A DEVI". A finger is shown tapping "SET UP NOW".

How to Use Your Thermostat

The thermostat screen wakes up when you press the center area of the displayed temperature.

Thermostat Interface Description: The thermostat display shows the current time (6:30 PM) and indoor temperature (72°F).
  • Desired Temperature: Displays the target temperature you have set.
  • Indoor Temperature: Displays the current room temperature.
  • Adjust Temperature: Use the "+" or "-" buttons to change the desired temperature.
  • Mode Button: Select the system mode: Auto, Heat, Cool, Off, or EM Heat (Emergency Heat).
  • Menu Button: Access features such as scheduling, screen lock, ventilation settings, Wi-Fi configuration, screen cleaning, and other thermostat settings.
  • Fan Button: Select the fan mode: Auto, On (continuous operation), or Circulate (runs periodically).

Apple HomeKit Setup

The Lyric T6 Pro Wi-Fi thermostat is compatible with Apple HomeKit. When prompted by the Lyric app, scan the HomeKit setup code located on the back cover of this guide.
