A Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 microphone captures audio. The setup utilizes standard network switches and Cat-5/6 cabling for data and audio transmission, along with USB connections. Loudspeakers are QSC AcousticDesign Series ceiling-mounted units.

A detailed functional drawing illustrates the system's physical connections. In an equipment rack, a Zoom Rooms PC (e.g., PC-01) connects via USB 3.0, DisplayPort, and LAN to the network. The QSC Core 8 Flex, a central processing unit, features multiple USB, LAN, and Phoenix connectors for audio input/output and control. The QSC SPA2-60 amplifier connects via Phoenix connectors for audio signals and power. A QSC NS Series network switch provides network distribution, with numerous RJ45 ports supporting LAN and Power over Ethernet (PoE+) connections.
