  • If a capsule was used, remove it from the detergent drawer. Leave the detergent drawer slightly open.

  • SoftSteam: A smoothing process at the end of the program reduces creasing. Better results with smaller loads. Garments must be suitable for ? and ?️.
  • Gentle: Reduced drum rotation and wash duration for gently washing lightly soiled items.
  • Pre-wash: For laundry with large amounts of dirt (dust, sand). Bleach is not possible. Liquid detergent only in [Compartment 1].
  • Soak: For heavily soiled and stained items with protein stains. Duration can be selected from 30 minutes to 6 hours.
  • ExtraRinse: Activates an additional rinse for a more thorough wash result.
  • AllergyWash: For high hygiene standards. Increased energy and water consumption. Garments must be suitable for ? and ?️.

Cleaning and Care

Cleaning the Detergent Drawer

Washing at low temperatures and using liquid detergent can lead to bacteria build-up. Clean the drawer regularly for hygiene, even if using TwinDos exclusively.

  1. Pull out the detergent drawer until resistance is felt.
  2. Press the release button and pull the drawer completely out.
  3. Clean the insert for liquid detergents in [Compartment 1] thoroughly with warm water.
  4. Clean the siphon inside [Compartment 1] (for chlorine bleach) and [Compartment 2] under warm running water.
  5. Clean all compartments with warm water.
  6. Use a bottle brush to remove detergent residues and limescale from the jets inside the detergent drawer housing.
  7. Replace the detergent drawer. Leave it slightly open to dry.

Sanitize Info (Cleaning the Drum)

Washing at low temperatures or using liquid detergents can cause bacteria and odors. Use the [Clean Machine] program for hygiene. Select "Maintenance" and run the "Clean Machine" program when prompted by the display.
