Product Details

The camera is depicted from the front, showing a Status LED, Lens, and Night Vision Sensor. A rear view reveals a Reset Button, SD Card Slot, Speaker, Power Inlet, and a Microphone for two-way talk. The base of the device is labeled as the Mounting Base.

System Requirements

• Compatible with Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11b/g/n standard
• This Wi-Fi camera supports 2.4Ghz routers only. For dual band routers, consult the FAQ on the app or website for setup instructions.
• At least 2Mbps dedicated bandwidth is required for each camera.
• Ensure the mobile device used for setup is connected to the same Wi-Fi router that the camera will be connected to.
• The Godrej Spotlight App is required to use the camera.

Mounting

Before mounting, add the camera to your account in the mobile app

Remove the protective stickers from the camera's lens and back. Ensure the chosen location is near a power outlet and within router range. Temporarily position the camera with the power cable and adapter plugged in, and check the live feed in the mobile app to adjust the view.

Note: If mounting the camera at a height or on a surface, ensure it is securely attached to prevent toppling or damage.

Diagrams illustrate two mounting methods: placing the camera on a flat surface and using a template for wall mounting, which includes guides for drilling holes.

The Spotlight Camera features a 110-degree field of view and a flexible neck, allowing mounting and positioning in various directions. Avoid mounting the camera directly in front of or under a fan to prevent movement from air currents.

Godrej Spotlight App & Website

To set up your camera, download and sign up for the Godrej Spotlight app. The app will guide you through the remaining steps. You can view the camera feed via the app or by visiting the Godrej Spotlight Website: www.godrejspotlight.in from your desktop browser.

Warranty

A 1-year warranty is provided from the date of purchase. To avail warranty service, please contact customer care at 1800-209-5511 and provide your invoice details.

Note

It is recommended to purchase products from authorized sellers. Warranty will be void and service will not be provided for products bought through unauthorized channels. Customers must adhere to all safety norms during installation and operation. The company is not liable for any damage, personal injury, or death caused to the customer or any third party due to negligence or improper installation, usage, or handling of the product.

Not covered in warranty

• Damage from mishandling, improper usage, or lack of maintenance.
• Damage related to gas leakage, fire, burglary, accidents, dropping, excessive shock, or acts of nature.
• Loss of components or accessories.
• Replacement or repair by unauthorized personnel.
• Consumable parts like lights, batteries, plastic parts, and accessories.
• Damage caused by power fluctuations, surges, excessive voltage, or improper earthing.

Important Instructions

• It is advised to power off the camera when not in use to ensure complete privacy. Godrej & Boyce will not be responsible for any unintended recording captured if the camera is powered on.
• All passwords associated with the Wi-Fi Camera system (Wi-Fi router, Mobile Phone, Spotlight account) must be changed regularly and kept private.
• Do not share your Spotlight account password with anyone.
