The user is responsible for regular maintenance (cleaning) of the product, or it should be done by authorized service centers at the user's expense. As there is no information in the user manual regarding necessary periodic maintenance or service operations, the physical condition of the product should be assessed at least once a week compared to a physically new product. Failure to perform proper maintenance (cleaning) and react to detected deviations may result in permanent damage to the product. Battery Information

LI-ION Battery

The device is equipped with a LI ION (lithium-ion) battery, which ages physically and chemically over time and with use. The manufacturer provides the maximum operating time of the device under laboratory conditions, where optimal operating conditions are present, and the battery itself is new and fully charged. In reality, the operating time may differ from the stated values, which is a characteristic of the product, not a defect. To maintain the maximum battery life, it is not recommended to discharge the battery below 3.18V or 15% of its total capacity. Lower values, such as 2.5V per cell, will permanently damage it, and this is not covered by the warranty. If you do not use the battery or the entire device for more than a month, charge the battery to 50% and check the charge level regularly every two months. Store the battery and the device in a dry place, protected from the sun and temperatures below freezing.

LIPO Battery

The device is equipped with a LI PO (lithium-polymer) battery, which ages physically and chemically over time and with use. The manufacturer provides the maximum operating time of the device under laboratory conditions, where optimal operating conditions are present, and the battery itself is new and fully charged. In reality, the operating time may differ from the stated values, which is a characteristic of the product, not a defect. To maintain the maximum battery life, it is not recommended to discharge the battery below 3.5V or 5% of its total capacity. Lower values, such as 3.2V per cell, will permanently damage it, and this is not covered by the warranty. If you do not use the battery or the entire device for more than a month, charge the battery to 50% and check the charge level regularly every two months. Store the battery and the device in a dry place, protected from the sun and negative temperatures.

Warranty Card (Jótállási jegy)

Importer: INNPRO Robert Błędowski, ul. Rudzka 65c, 44-200 Rybnik, Poland

Product Type: TWS Earbuds

Model: X5 Pro

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing an INNPRO product. We hope you will find it useful. While it is unlikely that the product will require repair during use, should it become necessary, you can contact the seller (distributor) directly for assistance. To avoid inconvenience, please read the user manual carefully before contacting the distributor.

Warranty Conditions:

In relation to the products, the product owner can assert a warranty claim according to the warranty conditions recorded herein, provided that they qualify as a consumer (“a natural person acting outside their trade, independent profession, or business activity”). A warranty claim can be asserted against the seller (distributor) at any time upon presentation of the original Warranty Card within the warranty period.

Exclusions and Limitations:

The importer does not provide a warranty regarding the quality, performance, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the software that is part of the product or any accessories. The seller (distributor) is exempt from warranty obligations if the seller (distributor) or the service authorized to perform warranty repairs proves that the cause of the defect occurred after delivery.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

Statutory Warranty:

Within the scope of the consumer contract, the statutory warranty mandated by Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.) applies to products purchased in Hungary and placed on the market by the distributor, with a duration calculated from the date of product handover, or from the date of commissioning by the seller or its subcontractor:

Failure to meet these deadlines results in forfeiture of rights.

The statutory warranty is borne by the seller (distributor) who directly sold the product to you. Pursuant to Section 4 (2) of Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.), an irregularly issued warranty card or the failure to provide the warranty card to the consumer does not affect the validity of the warranty. The seller (distributor) is responsible for fulfilling claims asserted based on an irregularly issued warranty card. The assertion of rights arising from the statutory warranty does not require the return of the product's opened packaging by the consumer. The provisions of this Warranty Card do not affect the consumer's statutory rights.

Rights Exercisable Under Statutory Warranty:

In case of a defect within the warranty period, the consumer may choose:

The distributor is obliged to replace the product within eight (8) days, unless otherwise specified by the consumer, if:

If replacement of the product is not possible under the above conditions, the seller (distributor) shall refund the purchase price shown on the proof of purchase presented by the consumer within eight (8) days.

Repair or replacement must be carried out within an appropriate period, taking into account the product's characteristics and the expected use by the entitled party, while respecting the consumer's interests. The warranty provider should strive to complete the repair or replacement within a maximum of 15 days. The consumer must report the warranty claim directly to the seller (distributor) immediately upon discovering the defect. If the consumer asserts a claim for replacement within three working days of purchase (commissioning) due to a product defect, the seller (distributor) cannot invoke disproportionate additional costs and must replace the consumer product, provided that the defect prevents its intended use.

Warranty repair work within the warranty period may only be performed by an authorized service center based on a valid warranty card. For all warranty repairs, ensure that the repair slips are filled out correctly. Only new parts may be installed in the product during repair. If the repair is not performed or undertaken by the designated specialized workshop, the consumer may have the product repaired elsewhere at the expense of the warranty provider. Reimbursement of repair costs requires proper invoicing. The warranty period restarts for the part of the product affected by replacement or repair.

Common Warranty Rules:

If the product malfunctions within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects or the use of improper materials during manufacturing (calculated from the date of the first purchase as new), the importer's official device service within the warranty territory will repair it free of charge, or replace the product or defective part, provided that the conditions and limitations specified in this Warranty Card apply to the defective part. Ownership of every replaced product or part transfers to the party performing the replacement.

A warranty is only valid if presented within the warranty period, upon handover of the defective product, and with the original document (warranty card, or invoice or receipt in its absence) proving the purchase, containing the date of purchase, model type, and the name of the selling distributor, which is readable and intact. Otherwise, the importer's official device service may refuse free warranty service.

The warranty does not apply to products where the type or serial number has been altered, deleted, removed, or made illegible.

Please carefully check the correct completion of the warranty card at the time of purchase and keep the warranty card safe. A lost warranty card can only be replaced upon presentation of proof of sale (e.g., an invoice with date and stamp, sales slip). Any correction, deletion, alteration, or entry of untrue data on the warranty card will render the warranty card invalid.

To avoid loss or damage to removable data storage devices from the product, please remove them before submitting the product for repair.

The warranty does not cover shipping costs and risks related to transportation by a carrier designated by the importer or its official device service, or by a carrier not designated by the importer.

The manufacturer may provide additional warranty for the product specified in this warranty card, the terms of which – depending on the product – are included in the User Manual attached to the purchased product and/or on the manufacturer's official website. Beyond the legally mandated warranty period, the consumer can assert warranty claims related to the product at the representative points designated by the manufacturer. In case of a dispute, the consumer may initiate proceedings before the conciliation body operating alongside the county (capital city) chambers of commerce and industry.
