Bind Temperature Control Device

The NSPanel has a built-in temperature sensor to monitor room temperature. It can control connected coolers or heaters via smart switches or smart plugs paired with the eWeLink App.

To bind a device:

  1. Access the NSPanel interface in the eWeLink App.
  2. Tap "Thermostat" to select devices from the Action device list.
  3. Choose one device or one channel of a multi-channel device.
  4. Select "Heater" or "Cooler" as the Device type.

After binding, you can use two modes to control temperature:

Manual mode:

Allows manual adjustment of the temperature. The NSPanel will maintain the manually set temperature.

Auto mode:

Allows setting up to 6 target temperatures. Settings execute automatically based on time duration and cannot be manually overridden unless switched to Manual mode. Bound devices will turn off outside their scheduled times.

Note on Temperature Accuracy: Actual room temperature will be within ±1°C of the set temperature. For example, if 26°C is set, the actual range is between 25°C and 27°C.

Add Widgets

NSPanel supports adding up to 8 widgets on its screen for Quick Control. Widgets can represent single devices, groups of devices, or scenes activated by a tap.

Fail to pair Wi-Fi devices to eWeLink App:

  1. Ensure the device is in pairing mode. Pairing mode exits automatically after three minutes of unsuccessful pairing.
  2. Enable location services and grant location permission in your device settings. This is required to scan for Wi-Fi networks.
  3. Verify your Wi-Fi network operates on the 2.4GHz band.
  4. Confirm you have entered the correct Wi-Fi SSID and password, ensuring no special characters are used. Incorrect passwords are a common cause of pairing failure.
  5. Place the device close to the router to ensure a strong signal condition during pairing.
