Installation and Operation
The doorbell consists of a transmitter (doorbell button) and a receiver (chime unit). Follow these steps for installation and operation:
Step 1: Pairing the Doorbell
The doorbell and chime unit need to be paired. The process involves pressing a button on the chime unit and then pressing the doorbell button. Refer to the diagrams for visual guidance.
Step 2: Mounting the Doorbell
The doorbell unit can be mounted near your door. Ensure the power socket for the chime unit is easily accessible after installation.
Step 3: Volume and Melody Selection
The chime unit allows you to adjust the volume and select from 36 different melodies. Use the designated buttons to control these features.
Step 4: Resetting the Doorbell
To reset the doorbell, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. The unit will emit a sound to confirm the reset.
Step 5: Connection and Range
The operating range of the doorbell can be up to 100 meters. This range may be affected by environmental factors and nearby interference sources.
