Assembly and Operation

Assembly as shown below

Align the main body, extension rod, and the cleaning tool as shown and insert until they "click". To remove any attachments/accessories, press and hold the button, and pull to remove.

Insert Battery

Slide the battery into the slot rail to load it.

Turn on the Vacuum Cleaner

1. Pull the ON/OFF trigger to turn on.

2. Pull the same trigger to turn off.

Troubleshooting

Digital Display Panel

The digital display panel provides indicators for various issues:

  • Suction blockage indicator: Alerts when suction is obstructed.
  • Brush stuck indicator: Alerts when the brush is jammed.
  • Whole screen indicators are on: May indicate a voltage problem.
  • Voltage problem: Indicates a potential issue with the battery.

Mode Suggested

The vacuum cleaner offers different modes for various cleaning needs:

Maintenance

One Click Empty

Cleaning frequency: After every use.

Maintain a 90° vertical operation; otherwise, the dust cup cannot be opened.

Cleaning the Cyclone Unit

Cleaning frequency: Whenever needed.

  1. Pull the pull ring fully.
  2. Lift the dirt bin.
  3. Remove the dirt bin.
  4. Gently pull to separate the cyclone unit from the dirt bin.
  5. Brush the cyclone unit to remove debris and dust.
  6. If necessary, wash with tap water.
  7. Air dry completely (allow 24 hours).

WARNING! Never attempt to disassemble the sealed cyclone unit.

Cleaning the HEPA Filter

Cleaning frequency: 3-6 months or whenever airflow is weak.

  1. Turn the HEPA filter counter-clockwise to remove it.
  2. Wash with cold water.
  3. Dry completely (allow 24 hours).

Cleaning the Pre-motor Filter

Cleaning frequency: 1-2 months or whenever airflow is weak.

  1. Remove the HEPA filter first, then gently pull out the pre-motor filter.
  2. Wash with tap water, hand wash with soap if necessary.
  3. Dry completely (allow 12 hours).

WARNING!

  1. DO NOT brush any part of the porous filtration material.
  2. DO NOT soak any filter in water for more than 10 minutes.
  3. DO NOT wash any other part of the vacuum except the specified filters assembly.

Cleaning the Brush and Bearing

  1. Pull to release the brush locking clip.
  2. Remove the brush locking clip.
  3. Lift the roller from the clip end.
  4. Remove debris on the two small brush wheels with tweezers.
  5. Gently pull to remove the brush bearing cap.
  6. Remove debris on the shaft (metal bearing).
  7. Apply lubricating oil or "WD40" onto the metal bearing occasionally.
