Connecting your PTT Smart Button to ESChat (iOS)
A. Pairing your PTT Smart Button with ESChat
- In the ESChat application, select 'More' displayed on the top right corner.
- Select 'Settings'.
- Near the bottom of the list, ensure 'Allow Bluetooth Audio' and 'Bluetooth Always On' are turned on.
- Then, select ‘PTT Button' from the top of the list.
- Then, select 'Bluetooth LE' as the connection type.
- Finally, select your device from the Bluetooth devices menu and follow the pairing instructions that appear on the screen.

B. Main functions available
PTT1 button: Press and hold to speak to a chosen contact or group. Release when you are done.
Emergency button: Press to send an emergency alarm. This feature must be configured by your administrator for your account before it will be available and visible in the app.
Device Layout: The PTT Smart Button features a large green button labeled 'PTT1' for primary Push-to-Talk functionality. Below it are two smaller buttons: a yellow button labeled 'PTT2' and a red button labeled 'Emergency'. A series of small circular indicators or buttons are located on the right side of the device.
