Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for common issues and their solutions:
Problem | Possible Cause and Solution |
---|---|
Robot vacuum cleaner does not turn on. | Low battery charge. Fully charge the robot vacuum cleaner and try again. Ambient temperature is below 0°C or above 40°C. Ensure the robot vacuum cleaner is used at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C. |
Robot vacuum cleaner does not charge. | The multi-functional station is not connected to the power source. Ensure both ends of the power cord are properly connected. Poor contact between the charging contacts on the multi-functional station and the robot vacuum cleaner. Clean the charging contacts. There is an obstruction on the robot vacuum cleaner's charging port. Remove any obstruction. |
Network configuration error. | The Wi-Fi password was entered incorrectly. Enter the correct password. Switch to a 2.4 GHz network, as 5 GHz and corporate routers are not currently supported. Ensure the robot vacuum cleaner is placed in an area with a strong Wi-Fi signal. The robot vacuum cleaner may not have entered standby mode. Exit the app and restart it, then follow the steps to reconfigure the network. |
Robot vacuum cleaner cannot find the multi-functional station and return to it. | The multi-functional station is unplugged or has been moved without the robot vacuum cleaner on it. Ensure the station is powered. There are too many obstacles around the multi-functional station. Place the multi-functional station in a more open area. Moving the robot vacuum cleaner may alter its position or its map of the surrounding environment. If the robot vacuum cleaner is too far from the multi-functional station, it may not be able to return on its own. In such cases, manually place the robot vacuum cleaner onto the multi-functional station. Wipe the signal area on the multi-functional station to remove dust or debris. |
Robot vacuum cleaner does not respond to button presses on the multi-functional station. | The robot vacuum cleaner is not on the multi-functional station. Manually place the robot vacuum cleaner on the multi-functional station or use the app to return it. |
Robot vacuum cleaner cannot be turned off. | The robot vacuum cleaner cannot be turned off while it is charging. It is recommended to remove the robot vacuum cleaner from the multi-functional station and then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it off. If the above actions do not resolve the issue, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to force shut down. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service. Note: When the robot vacuum cleaner is charging, it automatically turns on; it cannot be turned off during this time. |
Low charging speed. | A full charge takes approximately 6.5 hours for a robot vacuum cleaner with a low battery level. To extend battery life, the robot vacuum cleaner automatically reduces charging speed at high or low ambient temperatures. Charging contacts may be dirty; wipe them with a dry cloth. |
Robot vacuum cleaner makes a loud noise during operation. | The dustbin is full. Clean it. A solid object may have entered the brush or dustbin. Check and remove any solid objects. The brush or side brush may be tangled. Check and remove any obstructions. If necessary, switch to the standard or quiet suction mode of the robot vacuum cleaner. |
Robot vacuum cleaner moves erratically. | Objects on the floor, such as wires or slippers, may obstruct the robot vacuum cleaner's path. It is recommended to tidy them up before use. The robot vacuum cleaner may slide on wet or slippery floors. It is recommended to dry the floor before use. Wipe the linear laser sensors and the AI visual navigation sensor on the robot vacuum cleaner's body with a clean, soft cloth to keep them clean and clear. |
Dustbin is not completely cleaned. | Check if the disposable bag in the dust collector is full. If the disposable bag is not full, check if the self-cleaning outlets of the robot, station, or dustbin are blocked. If so, clean the blocked outlets promptly. |
Robot vacuum cleaner gets stuck in front of the multi-functional station and cannot return to it. | Remove any obstacles within 0.5 meters to the left and right, or within 1.5 meters in front of the multi-functional station, to prevent the robot vacuum cleaner from getting stuck. The return path to the charging station may be blocked, for example, by a closed door. The robot vacuum cleaner may slide if the floor in front of the multi-functional station is too wet. In this case, wipe up any residual water before attempting again. It is recommended to move the multi-functional station to a different location and try again. |
Robot vacuum cleaner misses some rooms. | Ensure all doors are fully open. Check for doors with thresholds higher than 2 cm, as the robot vacuum cleaner cannot overcome thresholds higher than 2 cm. If the doorway is wet or slippery, the robot vacuum cleaner may slide and not operate properly. It is recommended to manually wipe up any residual water on the floor. |
Robot vacuum cleaner does not resume cleaning after charging. | Ensure the "Do Not Disturb" mode is disabled on the robot vacuum cleaner. The "Do Not Disturb" mode prevents the robot vacuum cleaner from resuming cleaning. The robot vacuum cleaner will not resume cleaning if you manually return it to the multi-functional station for charging (i.e., manually placing the robot vacuum cleaner on the multi-functional station, pressing a button on the robot vacuum cleaner manually, or sending the robot vacuum cleaner to charge manually via the app). |
Cleaning tray has a water level error. | Remove the cleaning tray and clean the water outlet if it is clogged. Gently press the dirty water tank to ensure it is properly seated. Check if the gasket on the dirty water tank is loose. If it is improperly installed, reinstall it manually. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service. |
