Place heaviest items in the lower drawer.

Assembly Steps

The following steps detail the assembly process for the BRIMNES wardrobe. Ensure you have all parts and tools before beginning.

Tools Required: Screwdriver (Phillips and flathead), Hammer, Ladder, Drill with drill bits (Ø 8 mm and Ø 3 mm).

Step 1: Prepare the base panel. Insert screws (118331) into the designated holes.

Step 2: Attach side panels using dowels (101345) and screws (118331).

Step 3: Connect the base and side panels using cam locks (119252, 119250) and dowels (119252, 119250).

Step 4: Attach the back support panels using dowels (101345).

Step 5: Secure the back panels with screws (100214).

Step 6: Attach the bottom panels using screws (118331).

Step 7: Attach the side supports using screws (105248, 109220).

Step 8: Insert dowels (101345) into the side panels.

Step 9: Attach the top panel using cam locks (119252, 119250) and screws (119252, 119250).

Step 10: Attach the drawer runners to the side panels using screws (101345).

Step 11: Slide the drawer base into the grooves.

Step 12: Insert the drawer sides and back panel.

Step 13: Secure the drawer components using cam locks (119252, 119250) and screws (119252, 119250).

Step 14: Attach the drawer front panel using screws (105248, 102553).

Step 15: Secure the drawer front panel with screws (109049).

Step 16: Attach the top support bar using screws (118331).

Step 17: Attach the top panel to the wardrobe frame using screws (123840, 109837).

Step 18: Insert dowels (101345) into the wardrobe frame.

Step 19: Attach the drawer runners to the wardrobe frame using screws (100001).

Step 20: Secure the drawer runners with cam locks (119252, 119250) and screws (119252, 119250).

Step 21: Attach the shelf supports using screws (153548, 158568).

Step 22: Carefully tilt the wardrobe frame upright.

Step 23: Slide the back panels into place.

Step 24: Secure the back panels with small nails (101293).

Step 25: Attach the door hinges to the wardrobe frame using screws (105494).

Step 26: Attach the door hinges to the doors using screws (101293).

Step 27: Attach the door handles using screws (105494).

Step 28: Secure the doors to the wardrobe frame using screws (105494).

Step 29: Attach the door hinges to the wardrobe frame using screws (101293).

Step 30: Attach the wall mounting brackets to the wardrobe using screws (106989, 100823, 109049).

Step 31: Secure the wardrobe to the wall using the provided anti-tip hardware. Ensure the wardrobe is level and stable.

Step 32: Insert the shelves into the wardrobe.

Step 33: Wall mounting instructions are provided for various wall types (A, B, C). Use appropriate screws and plugs for your wall type. If unsure, consult a professional.

Step 34: Attach the wall mounting brackets to the wall.

Step 35: Connect the wardrobe to the wall brackets.

Step 36: Attach the hinges to the wardrobe frame.

Step 37: Attach the hinges to the doors.

Step 38: Mount the doors onto the wardrobe frame.

Step 39: Attach the door handles using screws (109567).

Step 40: Insert shelf pins (101532) and place shelves.

Step 41: Attach the hanging rail supports using screws (105248, 105494).

Step 42: Insert shelf pins (101532) and place shelves.

Step 43: Attach the top rail supports using screws (107091).

Care and Maintenance

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
