Overview
The LG THERMA V R32 Split series is an advanced air-to-water heat pump system designed for efficient heating, cooling, and domestic hot water production. It comprises an outdoor unit connected to an indoor unit via refrigerant pipes. The series offers two primary indoor unit configurations: the Integrated Water Tank (IWT) and the Hydro Box, catering to diverse installation needs. Available in 4/6 kW and 5/7/9 kW capacity ranges, the R32 Split 4/6 kW model is optimized for new build houses with high insulation and low heating demands, while the 5/7/9 kW model is suitable for both new build and renovation projects.

R1 Compressor™ Revolutionary Technology
The R1 Compressor™ technology provides enhanced efficiency, reliability, and operational range. Key internal features include centrifugal oil return and an oil separating guide for reduced oil discharge, a shaft-through structure for solid compressor operation and higher durability, and bottom compression for lower noise, vibration, less weight, and superior reliability.
ThinQ Seamless Connectivity
LG ThinQ, a smartphone app, allows users to monitor and manage compatible LG products remotely. Users can set the temperature and regulate the use of their THERMA V anytime and anywhere. LG ThinQ technology also integrates with Google Assistant, enabling voice control for THERMA V units in most EU countries.
Energy States Interlock
LG Therma V offers an energy state interlock function that enables customers to maximize the use of their own renewable energy. It can shift indoor unit set points based on input signals from an Energy Storage System (ESS) or other third-party devices via Modbus or Digital 230 V inputs. This allows for energy generated from solar panels to be sent to a battery, used to heat the water tank once the battery is full, and surplus energy can be sold to the grid. The LG ThinQ app provides status monitoring.
