How to Perform a Factory Reset on Your AOC Smart TV

This guide explains how to reset your AOC Smart TV to its original factory settings. Please note that this process will erase all data from the TV's internal memory and restore the Smart functionality to its initial state.

Reset Procedure

  1. Ensure your TV is powered off while in the Smart function mode.
  2. Locate the RESET button on the rear of your television. It is typically found next to the USB port. Press and hold this button.
  3. Press the power button to turn on your TV. Continue holding the RESET button until prompted to release it.
  4. The TV will power on normally, then after a few seconds, it will automatically turn off and then back on again. You will see the Android logo and the message "Borrando..." (Erasing...). At this point, release the RESET button.
  5. The TV will reinstall the operating system. Once complete, it will direct you to the initial setup screen to configure the SMART function.

Visual Aid: The process involves pressing a physical button on the back of the TV, near the USB port, while powering it on. The TV will then display the Android logo and an erasing process before restarting to the initial setup.

Important Note

Performing a factory reset will delete all personal data and settings from your TV. It is recommended to back up any important information before proceeding.
