Installation
Installing the Oven
- The kitchen should be dry and well-ventilated.
- Position the main lead to avoid touching the hot back panel of the oven.
- Remove all packaging materials from children's reach.
- This is a built-in oven. Ensure furniture coatings are heat-resistant (100°C) or leave a 2cm gap. The wall behind the oven should withstand high temperatures (up to 50°C above ambient).
- Make an opening with the dimensions specified in the diagrams for fitting the oven.
- The appliance must be earthed.
- Insert the oven into the opening and secure with the provided screws.
Electrical Connection
Warning! All electrical work must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Ensure the voltage matches the rating plate. Use a minimum 1.5m mains lead. The earthing wire should be the last to disconnect in case of mains lead failure. Use cable type H05VV-F 3x1.5mm². The grounding wire must be longer than other wires. Ensure proper disconnection from the supply mains.
Connection (by authorised electrician): Open the connector cover, lead the mains lead through the relief safety device, tighten securely, and close the cover.
Colour code: L = live wires (black, brown), N = neutral (blue), E = earthing wire (green/yellow).

- Bottom and top element on: Conventional heating.
- Defrost: Fan operates to cool the dish or oven chamber, or defrost food.
- Fan Grill: Air movement softens grill heat, ideal for thick cuts of meat.
- Fan Forced: Heating element around the fan provides uniform heating, reduces preheating time, and is suitable for cooking multiple dishes.
Oven Guide Levels
Baking pans and accessories can be inserted into the oven on 5 guiding levels. Levels are counted from the bottom upwards.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance ensure the appliance's continued fault-free operation.
Before cleaning, switch off the oven and set all knobs to "0". Allow the oven to cool completely.
Oven Cleaning
- Clean the oven after every use.
- Cool the oven completely before cleaning.
- Never use pressurized hot steam cleaners.
- Clean the oven chamber with warm water and a small amount of washing-up liquid.
Steam Cleaning
- Pour 250ml of water into a bowl and place it on the first level from the bottom.
- Close the oven door.
- Set the temperature knob to 100°C and the function knob to the bottom heater position.
- Heat the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
- Open the door, wipe the interior with a cloth or sponge using warm water and washing-up liquid.
- Wipe the chamber dry.
Caution! Do not use abrasive cleaning products on the glass front panel.
Replacement of the Oven Light Bulb
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before any maintenance. Allow the oven and heating elements to cool.
- Unscrew the protective cover. Wash and dry the glass cover.
- Carefully remove the old bulb and insert a new G9 fitting bulb (220-240V, 50Hz, 25W) suitable for high temperatures (300°C).
- Refit the protective cover.
IMPORTANT: Use only your hand to remove the light cover. Never use screwdrivers or other utensils. Replace the bulb with clean hands or gloves.
Note: Bulb replacement is not covered by the warranty.
Door Removal
To facilitate cleaning, the oven door can be removed.
- Tilt the safety catch part of the hinge upwards.
- Close the door lightly, lift, and pull it towards you.
- To refit, reverse the process, ensuring the hinge notch is correctly placed on the hinge holder. Lower the safety catch carefully. Failure to set the safety catch may damage the hinge when closing the door.
Removal of the Internal Glass Panel
Unscrew and unfasten the plastic latch at the top corner of the door. Remove the glass panel from the blocking mechanism. After cleaning, reinsert and secure the glass panel and blocking mechanism.
Diagrams show the removal process for different model series.
Operation in Case of Emergency
In an emergency:
- Switch off all working units of the oven.
- Call the service center.
Refer to the table for minor faults:
PROBLEM | REASON | ACTION |
---|---|---|
The appliance does not work. | Break in power supply. | Check household fuse box; replace blown fuse. |
The programmer display is flashing "12.00". | Appliance disconnected from mains or temporary power cut. | Set the current time. |
The oven light does not work. | Bulb is loose or damaged. | Tighten or replace the bulb. |
Baking in the Oven
Baking Pastry
The most appropriate position is with upper and lower heater, or hot air. Baking parameters are approximate and can be adjusted based on experience.
Warning! If a specific cake type is not listed, use information for the closest similar type.
Baking with upper and lower heaters
- Use a single guide level.
- This position is suitable for dry pastry, bread, and teacakes. Use dark baking pans for better browning.
- Always place baking pans on the grid rack. Remove the grid only for baking in the flat biscuit tray.
- Preheating shortens baking time. Do not place the cake in the oven until the proper temperature is obtained.
Baking Tips
- Is pastry baked? Pierce with a wooden peg. If dough doesn't stick, it's baked. You can switch off the oven and use residual heat.
- Pastry has fallen: Check the recipe. Use less fluid next time and follow mixing times.
- Pastry is too light below: Use a dark baking pan, place the pan one level lower, or switch on the lower heater briefly before completion.
- Cheesecake is undercooked: Reduce baking temperature and extend baking time.
Warnings Regarding Baking Tables
- Tables indicate temperature ranges; always select the lower temperature first.
- Baking times are indicative and may vary.
- An asterisk (*) indicates that the oven requires preheating.

Roasting in the Oven
Roasting
Best results are obtained with upper and lower heating. The best heating mode for each type of roasting pan is indicated in the Roasting Tables.
Tips Regarding Roasting Pans
- Use light enamel pans, temperature-resistant glass pans, clay dishes, or wrought iron dishes.
- Stainless steel dishes are not recommended as they reflect heat excessively.
- Cover your roast or wrap it in foil to preserve juices and keep the oven cleaner.
- Leaving the pan uncovered will cook the roast faster. Roast large chunks of meat directly on the grid, with an intercepting pan underneath.
- Never leave the roast to cool in the oven, as this can cause dew and corrosion.
Attention When Roasting!
- Roasting tables suggest temperatures, guide levels, and roasting times. Roasting time varies with meat type, size, and quality.
- Roasting large meat chunks may cause steaming and dew formation on the oven door, which is normal. Wipe the oven door and glass after roasting.
- Roasting red meat, poultry, and fish is recommended for pieces exceeding 1kg.
- Add sufficient liquid to prevent burning of juices. Monitor the roast and add liquid as needed.
- Turn the roast halfway through, especially if using a deep roast dish.
- When roasting on the grill grid, place the grid in the deep roasting pan and insert into the sliding guide. The bottom pan will catch dripping fat.
