Apple Watch Integration

Users can operate the HearLink 2 app conveniently from their Apple Watch. This feature requires a compatible iPhone and an Apple Watch Series 4 or later with WatchOS 8 or later. For the app to function on the Apple Watch, it must be running in the background on the iPhone.

Several Philips HearLink hearing aid models support hands-free calls and bi-directional streaming with iPhones and iPads. These models include:

Bi-directional streaming is available for iPhone 11 and later, specific iPad models (iPad Pro 12.9-inch 5th/4th gen, iPad Pro 11-inch 3rd/2nd gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPad mini 6th gen) with software updates iOS 15.2 and iPadOS 15.2 or later. Minimum firmware versions are also required for the hearing aids.
