1. Introduction to Dahua Software
Before using and configuring Dahua equipment, it is necessary to update or change the software for correct operation and task completion. Follow the step-by-step instructions below.
For setup and operation of Dahua IP intercom systems, use the universal program "Tool Box". This program contains all necessary utilities for working with Dahua equipment. Download the Tool Box software from: http://ftp.viatec.ua/Dahua/Soft/ToolBox/
1.1 Account Creation
After installing Tool Box, create an account for full functionality.

1.2 Authorization
Authorize within the program by entering your email address and password.
1.3 Installing VDPConfig
Install and launch the tool for working with Dahua IP intercoms: "VDPConfig".

VDPConfig is a device configuration tool that primarily supports building talk systems.
2. Device Activation
Before setting up the call panel (VTO) and intercom (VTH), devices must be activated using VDPConfig.
2.1 Call Panel Activation

Select the uninitialized VTO2101E and click "Initialize" ⚙️.

Enter the desired password for the call panel. The Email Address ✉️ field is for password reset. After initial activation, it is recommended to change the device's IP Address using VDPConfig.
3. IP Address Configuration
After activation, you may need to change the device's IP address. This is done via VDPConfig.

Enter the external network segment to scan and the call panel's password.

Configure the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway as required.
4. Intercom Activation
Intercoms can be activated in two ways:
- Via VDPConfig, similar to the call panel. Important: Use a 6-digit password for VDPConfig activation, as the intercom interface only accepts digits.
- Using the intercom's local interface.

Access Network ? settings, then LAN, and VTH Config.
5. Firmware Update
After activation, update the device firmware.
Firmware and language packs for the call panel (VTO) are available at: http://ftp.viatec.ua/Dahua/Firmware/VDP/SIP%20FW/VTO2101E/
Firmware for the intercom (VTH) is available at: http://ftp.viatec.ua/Dahua/Firmware/VDP/SIP%20FW/VTH52X1D/
After selecting the firmware file, click "Upgrade" ⬆️. The device will reboot and be ready for further setup.

6. Call Setup
Once firmware is updated and network settings are confirmed, proceed with call panel configuration via the web interface.
Access the web interface by entering the call panel's IP address in a browser ?, then log in ?.

6.1 System Time Configuration
Navigate to "System Time", synchronize with your PC ?, and disable NTP.

6.2 Server Type and SIP Settings
Verify the Server Type is set to "VTO".

Go to "Network Settings" ? > "SIP Server Settings" and enable the "SIP server" ✔️.

Reboot the device after changing SIP server settings.
Two call setup options are available:
- Call to the intercom (can also be sent to a mobile app ?).
- Direct call to the mobile app without using the monitor.
6.3 Intercom Configuration for Calls
If choosing option 2, proceed to step 7. For calls to the intercom, go to "Device Manager" > "Internal Station Management" and check the "Apartment Number" (should match the intercom number, default 9901).

On the intercom, open "Settings" ⚙️ and navigate to the "SIP Server" tab.

Enter the call panel's IP address, username ?, and password ?.
6.4 VTO Configuration
In the VTO Config menu on the intercom, configure the call panel details.

Set the "Enable Status" to "On" ✔️. After these steps, calls will be made from the call panel to the intercom.
7. Adding an Additional Call Panel
Ensure you have the latest SIP firmware installed. Download it from the provided link.
After enabling and changing the IP address for the additional panel, set its number as shown.

Reboot the device.
Enter the details of the main call panel. IMPORTANT: Reboot the call panel.

In the main call panel's settings, enter the data for the additional call panel.

Then, in the intercom's "Settings" ⚙️, enter the data for the additional call panel.

Call configuration is complete.
8. Adding an Additional Intercom
To add an additional intercom, first go to "Dispatcher" > "Internal Station Management" on the call panel's web interface.
Set the "Apartment Number" for the master intercom (format: 9901-0). Then, register the extension intercom (format: 9901-1, 9901-2, etc.). A maximum of 5 intercoms are supported (1 Master and 4 Extensions).

Next, configure the master intercom with the number format: 9901#0.

Note: Use '#' not '-' for the Master Intercom number in the monitor interface.
The additional intercom number is: 9901#1.

Enter the IP address of the main intercom.
9. Mobile App Integration (DMSS)
For remote access, use the DMSS mobile application ?, available on the AppStore and Play Market (Windows Phone is not supported).
After downloading DMSS, select "СКУД" (Access Control), "Устройства" (Devices), and then "+" ➕.

P2P setup is done via the device's serial number. Activate the P2P function ✔️ in the web interface. After activation, reboot the call panel.

Ensure P2P is enabled and Server 1 is selected.
