Important Information

Before using your MEGA Live Imaging transducer, please note the following:

  • The transducer is designed for trolling speeds. Avoid high-speed operation with the transducer submerged.
  • Be aware of underwater obstructions that could damage the transducer.
  • Ensure the system is powered off when the boat is docked or stored to prevent unnecessary wear.
  • Proper configuration of your Humminbird head unit is essential for accessing MEGA Live Imaging features. Refer to the manual for your specific head unit for detailed setup instructions.

Compatibility

MEGA Live Imaging is compatible with APEX models, SOLIX models, HELIX G3N and G4N models with MEGA Imaging+, and HELIX 7 G4N models with MEGA Down Imaging or MEGA Side Imaging.

Getting Started

This guide covers the initial setup and connection confirmation for your MEGA Live Imaging system. It includes steps for powering on your head unit and transducer, and verifying the connection of the MEGA Live Imaging and optional GPS/compass receiver.
