Controls and Ports
Controls:
- Power Switch / Input Selection: Cycles through audio sources.

Connection Guide
The Equinox 2 M4 system connects an Active Speaker to a Passive Speaker. The Active Speaker manages all inputs.
Connecting Devices
- TV Connection: Use the supplied Digital Optical Cable, Stereo RCA to 3.5mm Audio Cable, or an HDMI ARC cable (not supplied). Select the corresponding input mode (Optical, RCA, or ARC) on the speaker. Ensure your TV's audio output is set to "PCM".
- Bluetooth Connection: Press the 'BT' button on the remote or 'P/M' on the speaker. Pair your device by selecting "Equinox 2". The Bluetooth range is up to 10 meters (30 feet).
- PC/DAC Connection: Use the supplied USB to USB Audio Cable to connect your PC or a DAC to the speaker's USB Input. Select 'USB' mode.
Setting TV Audio to PCM
If no sound is heard, adjust your TV's audio settings:
- Press "Menu" on your TV remote.
- Navigate to "Audio Settings".
- Select "Advanced Audio" or similar.
- Find "Audio Output Mode" or "Digital Audio Output Mode".
- Set the output to "PCM".
- Save the settings.

Troubleshooting
No Sound
- Check power indicator is ON.
- Increase volume.
- Ensure cables are connected securely and the correct input is selected.
- Verify audio source is outputting sound.
Bluetooth Connection Issues
- Confirm speaker is in Bluetooth mode.
- Disconnect other paired devices (press and hold volume dial in BT mode).
- Stay within 10 meters (30 feet) range.
- Try a different Bluetooth device.
No Power
- Check mains power adapter connection to speaker and wall outlet.
- Ensure wall outlet is switched on.
