A diagram shows the dimensions of the display unit and its mounting bracket. The display unit itself measures 77mm x 59.4mm. The mounting bracket is 45mm wide and 96mm high, with a diameter of 31.8mm for handlebar attachment.

General operations
Key definition
Key K5: 5 buttons (ON/OFF, info, +, light, -/Walk boost).
Key K6: 6 buttons (ON/OFF, info, +/light, -/Walk boost, <(left), >(right)).
Key options
To enter key options, hold ON/OFF, +, and - for 2 seconds. Use +/- to select the desired key mode. Press ON/OFF to save the setting and return to the home screen.
A visual shows two options: 'Key Mode K5' and 'Key Mode K6'.
ON/OFF
Press the "ON/OFF" button for 2 seconds to turn on the display and system. Long press "ON/OFF" to turn off the e-bike. When the display is off, battery consumption is minimal (off-leakage current < 1 μA). Button operations are the same for K5 and K6.
The e-bike system automatically switches off if parked for more than 5 minutes.
Display interface
Upon switching on, the display shows Current Speed, Drive Mode, Trip Distance (KM), and ODO (KM) by default. Pressing the "i" button cycles through:
ODO (Km) → Max. Speed (Km/h) → Avg. Speed (Km/h) → Riding Time (Min.).
Button operations are the same for K5 and K6.
Visuals illustrate the display interface cycling through different information screens: ODO, MAX, AVG, and TIME.
Walk boost
Keep holding the "-" button for 2 seconds to activate walk boost mode. The e-bike moves at a uniform speed of 6km/h, indicated by an icon on the screen. Releasing the "-" button stops power output and returns to the previous status. Button operations are the same for K5 and K6.
Light control
Key K5: Press the light symbol [?] for 2 seconds to turn on the light and adjust backlight brightness. Press again for 2 seconds to turn off the light and restore default brightness.
Key K6: Hold "+" for 2 seconds to turn on the light and lower backlight brightness. Press "+" again for 2 seconds to turn off the light and restore default brightness.

PAS level selection
Short press the "+" or "-" button to change the PAS level and motor power output. Levels range from 0 to 5. PAS level 0 stops power output, level 1 is minimum, and level 5 is maximum. The display shows PAS level 1 in the example. Button operations are the same for K5 and K6.

Motor power output
The motor power output can be viewed on the display.

Motor modes
Press "i" for more than 2 seconds to choose between Dual, Front, and Rear drive modes. Dual mode is the default. Button operations are the same for K5 and K6.

USB connection
When a USB device is connected, a specific connection icon appears on the display.

BLE connection
When connected to the smartphone app "Key-Disp", a specific connection icon appears.

Err code
When an error occurs, the display shows error codes. Refer to the attached list for definitions.
A visual shows "Error Code: 30 Communication fault".
If an error code is displayed, repair the bike; otherwise, the e-bike may not run normally.
Setting
To enter the setting page, hold "+" and "-" for 2 seconds when the display is on and the bike is static. The default password is 1212. Use "+" / "-" to change values and "i" to confirm and move to the next digit. Press "i" again to enter the setting page after correct password input.
Settings include Display settings, Advanced settings, and Information (software info). Button operations for settings are the same for K5 and K6.

Note: All settings must be made while the e-bike is parked and stationary.
Display settings
Trip Reset
"TRIP Reset" clears the trip distance. Choose "No" (do not clear) or "Yes" (clear) using +/-. Press "i" to save. Hold "i" to exit to the home screen. TRIP data is not cleared when the display or e-bike is powered off.
Visuals show the "Trip reset" setting being changed from "No" to "Yes".
Unit
Toggle between Metric (km) and Imperial (mile) units using +/-. The default is Metric (km). Press "i" to save.
Visuals show the "Unit" setting being changed from "Metric" to "Imperial".
Brightness
Adjust backlight brightness using +/-. The range is 100%-75%-50%-30%-10%. 100% is the brightest, 10% is the minimum. Press "i" to save.

SOC View
Choose between displaying battery SOC as a percentage or voltage. Press +/- to select. Press "i" to save. The default is Percent.

Auto off
Set the display auto-off duration. Use +/- to choose from OFF, 1-9 minutes. The default is 5 minutes. Press "i" to save.

AL sensitivity
Adjust sensitivity for the light sensor using +/-. Options are 5-1 or OFF. The default is 3. Press "i" to save.
Visuals show the "AL Sensitivity" setting being changed from 3 to 5.
Set voltage
Set battery voltage segmented values. The display supports 48V. Press "i" to switch between voltage segments (e.g., 40 Volt). Use +/- to change values. Press "i" to confirm and move to the next segment. Long press "i" after completing all segments to save.

Password
Select "Password" using +/- and press "i" to enter settings. Press "i" again to choose "Start Password". Use +/- to switch between OFF and ON.

Password enable
After enabling "Start Password", press "i" to confirm. Enter the 4-digit password using +/- and "i" to move between digits. Confirm the password by entering it again. If inputs are consistent, the password is set successfully. If inconsistent, repeat the process. The interface returns to the original setting screen upon successful setup.

Password Reset
In the "Password" interface, select "Reset Password" using +/- and press "i" to confirm. Enter the current password when prompted. If correct, enter a new password. The interface returns to the original setting screen after successful modification.

Front motor temp
View the front motor temperature. This value cannot be changed.
A visual shows the "Front Motor Temp" as -30°C.
Rear motor temp
View the rear motor temperature. This value cannot be changed.
A visual shows the "Rear Motor Temp" as -27°C.
Advanced settings
Assist levels
Set the assist level modes. Options include: “0-3, 1-3, 0-5, 1-5, 0-7, 1-7, 0-9, 1-9”. Use +/- to choose a mode. Press "i" to confirm and save.
Visuals show the "Assist Levels" setting being changed.
Wheel
Set the wheel size. Options: “16Inch, 18 Inch, 20 Inch, 22 Inch, 24 Inch, 26 Inch, 700C, 28Inch”. The default is 20 inch. Press "i" to save.

Speed limit
Set the speed limit. Values range from 17-45 km/h. The default is 45km/h. Press "i" to save.
Visuals show the "Speed Limit" being changed to 35km/h.
Current limit
Set the top current. Range is “7-30A”. The default is “25A”. Press "i" to save.
Visuals show the "Current Limit" being changed to 20A.
Speed sensor
Set the magnet numbers for the speed sensor. Options: 01 to 12. The default is 01. Press "i" to confirm and save.

Assistant Num
Set the magnet numbers for the PAS sensor. Options: 04, 09, 12, 24, 32. The default is 12. Press "i" to confirm and save.

Assistant Sensitivity
Adjust assistant sensitivity. Range is 0-5. The default is 3. Press "i" to confirm and save.
Visuals show the "Assistant Sensitivity" being changed to 5.
Slowly start
Adjust the "Slow Start" setting. "4" is the slowest. The default is "1".
Visuals show the "Slow Start" setting being changed to "-4".
throttle-6km
Enable or disable walk boost by throttle. Options: ON/OFF. The default is OFF. Press "i" to save.
Visuals show the "Throttle-6km" setting being changed to "6KM/H".
Throttle-PAS
Enable or disable throttle speed limitation by assist level. Options: ON/OFF. Default is NO (disable). If ON, throttle speed is limited by assist level. If OFF, throttle speed is not limited. Press "i" to save.
Visuals show the "Throttle-PAS" setting being changed from ON to OFF.
Motor mode
Set the motor drive modes. Options: "F/R (dual drive)", "F (front drive)", "R (rear drive)". The default is "F/R (dual drive)". Press +/- to choose. Press "i" to save.

Turn light
Enable or disable turn signal. Options: ON/OFF. Default is OFF (disable). This function is only supported by Key K6. Press "i" to save.
Visuals show the "Turn Light" setting being changed from OFF to ON.
Left signal
Press the "<" button on Key K6 to activate the left turn signal. An icon appears on the screen. The icon flashes 60 times per minute when making a left turn. Press "<" again to turn off the signal.

Right signal
Press the ">" button to activate the right turn signal. An icon appears on the screen. The icon flashes 60 times per minute when making a right turn. Press ">" again to turn off the signal. Pressing "<" and ">" successively displays both signals.

Battery A info.
View battery A status. Press "i" to enter and press "-" to navigate through pages. There are 5 pages of information.
Visuals show the "Battery Status A" screens, including cycle count, voltage, current, and cell voltages.
Battery B info.
View battery B status. Press "i" to enter and press "-" to navigate through pages. There are 5 pages of information.
Visuals show the "Battery Status B" screens, similar to Battery A.
Information (software info)
View software information. Long press "i" to exit or press BACK to exit.

Quality assurance and warranty scope
I Warranty
- The warranty is valid for products used under normal conditions.
- The warranty is valid for 24 months from shipment or delivery.
II The following cases do not belong to our warranty scope.
- The display is demolished.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or operation.
- Broken shell when the display is out of the factory.
- Broken wire.
- Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., fire, earthquake).
- Beyond the warranty period.

Note: Some displays have waterproof connectors where wire colors may not be visible.
Warnings:
- Use the display with caution. Do not attempt to connect or disconnect the connector when the battery is on.
- Try to avoid hitting the display.
- Do not modify system parameters to prevent disorder.
- Have the display repaired when an error code appears.
