Back Wall Assembly
The assembly process involves connecting various parts using screws and bolts. The diagrams illustrate the placement of components such as base plates (1, 2), standing legs (3, 3A, 5, 5A, 5B, 6L, 6R), horizontal tubes (10, 10A), and tensioning tubes (11). Specific fasteners like clips (7) with bolts (7A), angle iron (9), and expansion screws (11C, 12) are used. Detailed views show how parts like protection parts (11A), end caps (11B), and bolts (15, 16, 17, 18, 19) are integrated into the frame structure.
The assembly requires careful attention to spacing and the correct use of expansion screws for base plates. The diagrams provide a visual guide to the correct positioning and connection of each component to form the back wall structure.
Attaching the Back Cover
The back endwall cover (13) is to be attached to the assembled back wall structure using ropes (14). The ropes are used to tie the cover securely to the back wall.
Maintenance: After assembly, it is recommended to adjust and tighten the ropes once per month to ensure the structure remains secure and functions correctly.
