Delivery Content

The package includes:

• Gigaset IP Phone (P850BW IP PRO or P855BW IP PRO)
• Power adapter
• Network cable
• User guide

Note: Some items may not be included in all deliveries.

Attaching the Footstand

The footstand can be attached in two angles. A second angle is available when a P800 KEY PRO expansion module is connected.

Instructions:

1. Align the footstand with the corresponding slots on the back of the phone.
2. Push the footstand into the slots until it clicks into place.

The display of the P850BW IP PRO is not tiltable.

Connecting the Phone

Refer to the diagram for connection points:

• NET: Connect to your network router or switch using an Ethernet cable.
• PC: Connect a computer to the phone's network port.
• EHS: For Electronic Hook Switch connection (optional).
• HD SPEAKER: For external speaker connection (optional).
• 5V DC: Connect the power adapter.
• USB 2.0, type A: For connecting USB devices (optional).

Connection Notes:

• (1) If no PoE (Power over Ethernet) is available, use the included power adapter.
• (2) Items not included in the delivery are marked as optional.
• (3) Optional components may require separate purchase.

Basic Phone Operation

Peel off gently: Carefully remove any protective film from the screen.

Accept call, confirm: Press the appropriate soft key to answer an incoming call or confirm an action.

End call, cancel: Press the appropriate soft key to end a call or cancel an operation.
