Replacing EarGels
It is recommended to use the MyFit test in the Sound+ app to find the best fit for optimal sound and ANC experience. If the fit is not right, try a different size EarGel. The fit should be light and comfortable; you may need a different size EarGel for each ear. Medium EarGels are pre-attached to the earbuds.

Charging
Up to 8 hours of battery life on a single charge with ANC on, and a total of up to 30 hours with a full charge from the charging case. If you use your earbuds without ANC and HearThrough, the battery will last longer, allowing you to use the earbuds for up to 10 hours on a full charge, and up to 35 hours with the charging case.
Charging the earbuds
Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. It takes up to 2.5 hours to fully charge the earbuds. The earbuds' LEDs indicate the current charging status by lighting up red, yellow, or green when the charging case is opened. The LED on the front of the charging case indicates the battery status of the charging case.

Fast charging the earbuds
If the earbuds are low on battery, placing them in the charging case for 5 minutes will fast charge them, providing up to 1 hour of use. The battery level of the charging case must be at least 30% to fast charge the earbuds. You can check the current battery status of the earbuds and charging case using the Jabra Sound+ app.
Charging the charging case with a USB connection
It can take up to 2 hours and 30 minutes to fully charge the earbuds and charging case using the USB-C charging cable. The charging case operates with standard USB voltage (5V ± 0.25V). Charging the earbuds with higher voltage power sources is not recommended.
