How do I control Active Noise Cancellation and HearThrough?
Controlling Modes
When you are not on a call, you can cycle between ANC/HearThrough/Off by pressing the Left button.

Note: If you cannot activate Active Noise Cancellation from your headset, you need to manually set it up in Jabra Sound+ or update your earbuds to the latest firmware version.
Call Behavior
When you are on a call, the following conditions apply:
- ANC will stay on during a call.
- HearThrough will turn off during a call, and then resume when the call is finished.
Customization via Jabra Sound+ App
You can change the ANC and HearThrough settings in the Jabra Sound+ app.
Sound Modes
In Sound modes, you can choose the modes you want to cycle between when you press the Left button on your headset:
- HearThrough & ANC (default)
- HearThrough & Off
- HearThrough, ANC & Off
MyControls
You can reconfigure the standard button functions to make them perform different tasks than those predefined in the device's factory settings. Tap the Settings icon, Personalize your headset, MyControls.
